It was unbelievable how effortlessly she was able to get us checked in, get the vehicle and allow us to head out to our destination. “I arrived at Enterprise a little earlier than my scheduled time and was warmly greeted by one of the gentlemen at the location. They already had a vehicle prepared for me, which I truly appreciated. We completed a thorough walk-around of the car, and the entire process was smooth and professional.
The customer service was excellent, and I genuinely enjoyed my experience. I love this location and will continue to use them in the future. I also work at a hotel and regularly refer guests there when they need a rental car — and I will absolutely keep recommending this Enterprise.
