“Staff is always helpful, friendly, and quick when I come in for Amazon returns. Went yesterday for a custom print job and this girl, perhaps Josenda, was so nice and helpful. She made sure that I got what I needed even when it was a very busy Friday evening. I was so nervous that the images I had wouldn’t work but she made sure that everything would be okay and adjusted them for me. I had one more image that wasn’t ready for me to get printed and she assured me that I could come in the next day and she would help me again.”

He had them done within the same day and I was unable to pick them up on time. He literally dropped them off at my house since they were closed the next day and he knew I needed the right away!!! My house was right around the corner but the fact he was willing to go above and beyond like that was incredible! Absolutely amazing service!! Will use them anytime I need printing for my company!!”

And most importantly to me, FedEx has about a 99%.5% success rate with getting my packages delivered on time and undamaged. (I ship a LOT).Keep up the good work guys!”

Ms. Bobbi is an absolute gem—she provides excellent customer service and is such a kind, beautiful soul. To be honest, she is the only reason I continue to use this specific UPS Store. “I was doing an Amazon return at this location as I have several times before. When I set up the Amazon return, there were some confusion on my end and I had two items that I was returning, but I had them in the same box. When I realized my mistake, I contacted the store about 45 minutes after drop off and explain explained what happened. The lady that I spoke to told me, I would need to come back up there to identify the package and item that I needed to separate This is a big hassle for the employees Because they had to go and locate the package open it up and help me sort it out. They were very nice and they did this without any complaint. I apologized repeatedly for the extra work, but they were very gracious and understanding. They could have rightfully told me that there was nothing that they could do about it. But instead, they took the time to help me fix the issue and in the end prevented me from losing several hundred dollars. Outstanding customer service.”

“Outstanding service! Ashley, the store manager, is truly the nicest human being I have met in a long time. I came in with hundreds of documents to print, and the self-service printer was incredibly difficult to use, requiring me to print them one by one. To make matters worse, the machine ended up crashing on me mid-job. I was feeling so overwhelmed, but Ashley stepped in and completely saved the day. She took matters into her own hands, personally helped me get everything printed, and made all the copies I needed. I cannot appreciate her enough for her patience, kindness, and incredible work ethic. I wish her nothing but the absolute best — she deserves all the good things in life! If you go to this location, Ashley is the absolute best.”

“I've been coming to this UPS store for 10 years and 95% of the time I'm met with a smile and fast service. Some of these reviews show how you can't please everyone. #1 It's not UPS who is changing the standards of Amazon returns; it's the sellers. #2 It's your responsibility to have your package taped up and ready for shipping when you get in line. If you don't, then plan on buying their supplies to do so. #3 At times, it can be slow, but that's because Denton has more people and it's these entitled people leaving bad reviews they are holding up the line to argue about the price of tape, return policies, etc.!!! #4 I definitely agree about the brown-haired woman with the bad attitude but at least she's consistent and I know what to expect when she's working!! lol”
