I was needing assistance with being issued a new card. Evelyn was empathetic, and patient, listened carefully to my situation, and stayed with me until we were able to get the problem resolved. She is an example of why although I no longer live in Texas, I continue to have my accounts with BVSCU. I cannot imagine banking anywhere else.
