“Love the prices! The selection is not as great this pre-school year. Usually my kids leave with a lot of stuff. They weren't too impressed. But I'll still shop here because it's just better.”

“The store was very clean and organized. All the employees were very friendly and looked like they took pride in their job. They have great prices and a nice assortment, I will definitely be back! I only recently discovered this location, but it is great to have a convenient department store like this in the neighborhood!”

“Theft must be rampant in the area. when I returned some small items (~$30), the staff not only scanned UPC, the receipt, she also manually typed in some numbers and compared with some internal system log. The air was tense would be an understatement. She held up a long line. When I joked about how diligent she was, she turned very nice. I am glad the staff was able to gain some self-awareness after some reminder and turned a very awkward interaction around :) I feel sorry that retail staff has to deal with theft so much and so often -- they are stressed out. TJX should give everyone a raise. Happy holidays :)”

“This morning I went and some lady was aggressive over the hello kitty blankets and took them all . They should not put them all in ones. And is the same person going every morning, she buys them for 20 and sales them for 100.”

“Clean, inexpensive and can usually get in and out quickly. No complaints. Decent gas prices also. Fruit has not been very good lately though. Crafty beer options are decent as well.”

“Went here around 9AM on a Thursday to grab some greeting and gift cards. The store was very nicely organized and clean. I was able to find what I needed very quickly. The self-checkout line appeared to be moving quite quickly, but I decided to stick with the traditional "human" experience and waited for a CSR/cashier to check me out. Because I had two people in front of me with a couple dozen items each, the CSR was nice enough to call someone else up to check me out. This other CSR, Sebastian, did not greet nor speak during our three minute transaction... which made things pretty awkward. My favorite part of the whole experience is when he asked me how much I needed on my gift cards by simply lifting up the cards with raised eyebrows. After purchasing my items, I gathered my things said a very polite farewell and Mr. Sebastian didn't even attempt a handwave. Now, usually I would give people the benefit of the doubt... maybe he's selective mute... or maybe he lost his voice and was attempting to let it rest. But seriously?! Not even a handwave? That really worked a nerve for me as I'm a stickler for politeness and respect. Hopefully my next trip will result in a 5 star review.”

“I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. When I saw they had less than stellar reviews, I had to come on here and give them a 5 star rating. I would say in the hundreds of times I have interacted with their staff, maybe once or twice the experience was not great. Most of the time, they are beyond helpful, kind, and willing to do whatever it takes. Several of them know me by name and even one of the guys who usually handles curbside is just the kindest person ever. I love that I get text alerts and MOST of the time, the prescriptions are filled quickly and there is not an issue. Nowhere is perfect. I think it also says a lot that many of the staff have worked there a long time. I am sure several of the pharmacists and technicians have been there 5, 10, or more years. Keep up the great job!”

“We almost always find what we are looking for here, with the exception of dresses, juniors and petites. Those departments are a little smaller than other JCPenneys. Love that I don't have to go to the mall though!”

“I want to applaud the store supervisor and cashier who waited on me on Monday, November 7, 2022 around 12:30pm. I had a problem with my transaction as I had forgot to ask for a gift receipt. The cashier was so patient as it took quite a bit of time to correct the system. The supervisor kept me in a pleasant conversation as the transaction was being worked on. I appreciate their patience and dedication to assuring that I left the store happy and satisfied. Hats off to the wonderful service provided. I truly appreciate you ladies.”

“Employees in the check out and return center are very pleasant & helpful. I went shopping with my little girl today and we had fun picking out different styles of winter clothes for her since its now starting to get a little chilly. Starbucks is a must for us while shopping. They also price matched one of my item!”

“The Saks OFF 5th always has a great selection of upscale clothing, shoes, accessories and more. It is a great place to do some one stop shopping and pickup some great quality clothes. High quality and low prices are always a win! The clearance racks usually have some great bargains.”

“This is my local store. It is not all inclusive. No car repairs, , no eye exams, but the chicken meal is filling and always good . For 50 cents more, add a second side dish.I often grab plastic ware and eat in my truck or the bench out front. A lot of folks keep a few frozen pizzas from right past the deli. Also a quick klips is in that strip center and has senior citizen discounts on Wednesday, and the gas station is always self service and tends to be cheapest in town .”
