Combined with the monthly grooming essentials, and the whole house appreciates him looking and feeling his best. And let's face it, it saves me hours of time in vacuuming and sweeping up giant dog floofs.

Nicole at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We also had a very short wait, which we really appreciated. Dr. Tracy was fantastic. He immediately knew what was going on with our kitten and got her started on treatment right away. He is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we felt confident and informed every step of the way.
We are so grateful for the care our kitten received and will absolutely be using them from now on. Highly recommend!

12725 Louetta Rd, CypressTwo weeks ago today, I had to let my precious fur baby go. This one was particularly more difficult as she was the last connection I had with my dad. We got her together and he got to enjoy her the last year of his life. I had her for over 15 years. She came into this world on my dad’s birthday and left on my mom’s birthday. Needless to say I was not holding up very well. Dr. Kellye Thompson was my Dr. that day. I just have to give her a shout out because she was so kind, sympathetic, empathetic and so supportive. She held my hands, spoke such comforting words and gave me a reassuring hug. This meant so much to me. The vet tech was also very kind and supportive. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but I so appreciate his kindness and support. I have been through this unfortunate situation before with other pets but have never had such a kind and compassionate experience such as this.

We lived in the inner part of Houston for a while where we had to drive everywhere to get these things done but having access to oaks dog ranch is honestly been our favorite part of living in this area. She loves the staff there and you can see how much they care about anyone that comes through the property. So thankful for this team!

Urban Mutt Retreat
14427 Huffmeister Rd, CypressI really want to take a moment to acknowledge the staff at Urban Mutt Retreat—Jason and Trinity are absolutely wonderful! They are always attentive, caring, and I feel very comfortable leaving my babies in their hands. The workers here are the heart of this place, and they do an amazing job.
That being said, it’s disappointing to see that the owners are not keeping the facility up to date. The grass is so overgrown that when I come to pick up my dogs, I can’t even see them playing. It also makes driving in a bit unpleasant. On top of that, the countertop at the front is loose—I almost fell and dropped everything I was carrying because of it.
The staff truly deserve better support from ownership, and the dogs (and their owners!) deserve a safe, well-kept environment. I really hope the owners take action soon to maintain the facility at the same level of care that Jason and Trinity put into their work every single day.

Unfortunately, I don't live close to any of their locations, but if I did, I would probably come back and just try a regular coffee or a drink that doesn't have any added sugar because my hunch is that they probably add too much overall. That's my main feedback. I like the vibe and they had nice business flow for a Saturday morning. Look forward to trying them again!

The staff were friendly and kind.
Spacious and beautiful seating area. It will feel like a French-England garden (indoor) if they have more plants.
All of the chandeliers were sparkling and beautiful.
They have nice decorative for Christmas.
One of the plus points was their “fireplace” area . ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL ?.
They have a small room tucked in the corner, all the way in the back of the store, which can be a great study/ work area for groups.
The drinks were so so, their matcha were not matchaly enough (too light to spark the taste) . The cake was alright.
If I come back, it will not be for the drinks of cake, but for the vibe and decoration.

Even with the construction still underway, it’s already a great place to spend time, and I can only imagine how nice it will be once everything is finished. My wife and I were excited to find a peaceful spot where we can walk and easily get our steps in. One thing that really stood out was how versatile the park is—there’s space for dogs to run and play, a dog-washing area, and even spots where people were out fishing. It’s a great park with something for everyone, and we’re glad we discovered it.
