The medicine she was on made her not want to eat. Erin tried everything and ended up cooking chicken and rice for her! I will be forever grateful for the care they give her when we are away! ❤️

The owner is so very kind and all of the groomers are friendly, cautious, caring, well trained, and do an excellent job at bathing and grooming. Prices are very reasonable and our field bred golden retriever Lollipop always looks and smells so nice when we pick her up! I also never ever have to worry about Lollipop’s safety and well being when I leave her here, which is a HUGE bonus. Highly recommend Shaggie Dog for your pets grooming needs!!

We have worked through several difficult problems due to genetic breeding issues, blindness at age 5, cancer, etc. When it came time to say goodbye to our pet, all the staff were terrific. They greeted us at the door and took us right away to a private room. The empathy and concern for our pet was very comforting. Everyone asked if he had a good week. The procedure was explained with compassion, always allowing me all the time I needed. The front office staff, the techs, and the doctor all helped make saying goodbye to our beloved pet bearable. I would highly recommend Magnolia Animal Clinic.

They were knowledgeable and thorough, and seemed to be very straightforward and honest. No complaints in the care department. They get you in for appointments within a reasonable time frame as well. Initial visits, exams, and vaccines were reasonably priced. My only issue was the insanely high price quote I was given for a spay for my cat with no health complications. Both the possible low and possible high cost quotes were unbelievable. Although I have no complaints in their care or customer service, I will advise that you look up what the reasonable cost for your desired service should cost and compare prices.

In a very stressful situation, Lauren was so knowledgeable, reassuring and patient with our many questions and concerns. Dr. Salazar and Dr. Chambers were both wonderful and thorough. Susan, Karyl, Madi and Amy were so helpful and never made us feel rushed. I’m sure I’ve forgotten a few names (sorry) but I can tell you the entire team truly enjoys working with animals and it shows! Highly recommend and thank you again to Biggie’s care team. Lone Star Animal Hospital
5740 FM 1488, MagnoliaSo thankful for Dr. Martin, Dr. Lovell, and their whole team!! We make an hour and a half commute to them because they are simply the best. We’ve tried local to us, but no one even comes close to their level of expertise and care. They truly care about the pets they work with - Dr. Lovell even used some of her OWN LUNCH to get my picky pug to take her medicine! Dr. Martin saved my Bassett hound’s life with a last minute, Saturday emergency surgery, and was very comforting and informative during the whole ordeal. Devon and Amy have been there for years, and are always so kind and friendly too! Everyone I’ve encountered there has been wonderful.
They are also great with pet insurance, and were very helpful with sending itemized invoices and responding to insurance inquiries when needed. They are very professional, and were quick to get all of my files changed over to my married name so there was no confusion.
Our fur babies are home today because of Lone Star and we are so grateful to them! 💛

Yes you can just get a pepperoni, but they sell many more oddballs like "pig and fig" Fig jam and honey on pruscutto covered with lettuce, or our thai chicken with bean sprouts and crunchy carrots. my opinion of the Thai chicken is mixed.. the raw carrots on the top were excessively crunchy as a topping, and there were peanuts, not crushed as in a thai dish but whole peanuts, for an aggressive mouth feel. Really gives your molars something to do. The pig and fig is super sweet. A crepe maybe, a pizza, not so sure. So, if you want to try something different, this might be the place for you. I really liked the beer. The service was good too!
