I do uber eats on the side and get orders for here all the time, staff is always super chill and friendly. Pizza always smells so good too. Never had a bad experience picking up from here. Ambiance is good as well. The place has a good amount of seating and music is always pretty good.

8821 Metropark Dr Suite 1600, ShenandoahWow -- how did I not know about this place sooner? I actually walked in thinking it might be connected to the old Jax in Bellaire from back in the '90s. They had this chocolate sack dessert that I loved, and I was secretly hoping to relive a little nostalgia. Surprise -- it's not the same restaurant at all. But honestly? I'm glad it isn't. Instead, I discovered a solid burger-and-shake spot that absolutely holds its own. The burgers are reasonably priced and seriously delicious. I wasn't even that hungry when I ordered the Baja Burger, but I devoured it in minutes. The brioche bun was soft and fresh, and nicely toasted with the patty juicy and flavorful -- everything just worked. And then there's the best part: after 3 pm, all shakes are only $3! Yes, really. What a steal. I ordered the Oreo shake and it was thick, creamy, topped with whipped cream, and packed with Oreo pieces evenly blended throughout (unlike certain other places that shall remain nameless). A totally pleasant surprise -- even on a full stomach. Definitely coming back as my kid loves the Asian shops in this strip mall area.

19075 I-45, Shenandoah1st time at Katz's! Kayy was our server today & was absolutely darling. For an appetizer we ordered the spinach & artichoke dip. Amazing, hot, flavorful & came with hot chips. I ordered the Pastrami Ruben with sauerkraut with a side of fries. I asked the server if I could have the sauerkraut on the side, as it has been 20 years since I've had it and wasn't sure if I liked it. She stated that let's keep it on the sandwich for the full experience and if I didn't like it then we can order something else. I am all for the full experience so I agreed. Turns out I do not like it. I did end up exchanging it for the corned beef with Provolone on toasted Rye. The flavor of my sandwich was delicious. The side of fries are steak cut & came out hot & fresh. My husband had the Broadway burger with onion rings and a dark beer. He devoured all of it. Crispy onion rings and the amount of ingredients on the sandwich were overflowing, which he loves. The atmosphere is pretty chill, family friendly & wheelchair accessible. TV's on the walls with sports, light music in the background and pictures of various NY themed items are place strategically around the restaurant. The staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. Overall 5 out of 5! Highly recommend.
