18021 Longenbaugh Rd Suite 8A, CypressI was present at the place at the next door when this person @Nia Douglas... entered the dog grooming salon and I witnessed when this person harassed and almost attacked the people who were in that place, simply because the groomers used a muzzle to be able to cut her dog nails, since the dog bit. We must understand that as groomers they earn their living with their hands, and if a dog tries to bite, of course, they must use a muzzle on them. It is truly unpleasant how this woman acted. We live in a society full of people who honestly should go for routine psychiatric checkups since it is not normal for a person to act like this person did. I even have security videos that prove what I am talking about, and when checking other reviews, she left in other places, we can clearly notice that this individual is accustomed to going to businesses to harass, intimidate, yell, insult, so disgusting to be honest. I have been taking my dogs to Pup Perfection for over a year and honestly it has been the best decision of my life, my dogs are always happy when I drop them off and when I pick them up, so please do not be influenced by people who clearly have problems with the whole world.

Nicole at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We also had a very short wait, which we really appreciated. Dr. Tracy was fantastic. He immediately knew what was going on with our kitten and got her started on treatment right away. He is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we felt confident and informed every step of the way.
We are so grateful for the care our kitten received and will absolutely be using them from now on. Highly recommend!

I love how they have separate sitting areas for cats and dogs. Having 10 cats, I'm here many times throughout the year and they are always more than happy to answer my questions. Dr. Saenz was a wonderful addition to the practice and I've been more than happy at how attentive she's been with my cat's medical issues. Overall, I've been extraordinarily happy going here over the last several years. Appreciate all you guys do!

12725 Louetta Rd, CypressTwo weeks ago today, I had to let my precious fur baby go. This one was particularly more difficult as she was the last connection I had with my dad. We got her together and he got to enjoy her the last year of his life. I had her for over 15 years. She came into this world on my dad’s birthday and left on my mom’s birthday. Needless to say I was not holding up very well. Dr. Kellye Thompson was my Dr. that day. I just have to give her a shout out because she was so kind, sympathetic, empathetic and so supportive. She held my hands, spoke such comforting words and gave me a reassuring hug. This meant so much to me. The vet tech was also very kind and supportive. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but I so appreciate his kindness and support. I have been through this unfortunate situation before with other pets but have never had such a kind and compassionate experience such as this.

The Oaks Dog Ranch
16613 Mueschke Rd, CypressI loved taking my mini dachshund Frankie here! He would go once a week and also completed his puppy development classes there. Oaks Dog Ranch is top notch. The staff seem very caring and the dogs get enough attention and exercise! I received videos and photos during the puppy development classes. They are pricey but worth it. His trainers were Jacob & Xander who were amazing! They always utilized positive reinforcement and were so patient. We’ll be back anytime we are in town. My favorite thing were the themed special days where he got to participate in cute photoshoots! I could tell my pup loved it because he would get so excited whenever we would drive there and turn into the parking lot. Frankie is still doing amazing and super socialized and happy!

Urban Mutt Retreat
14427 Huffmeister Rd, CypressI really want to take a moment to acknowledge the staff at Urban Mutt Retreat—Jason and Trinity are absolutely wonderful! They are always attentive, caring, and I feel very comfortable leaving my babies in their hands. The workers here are the heart of this place, and they do an amazing job.
That being said, it’s disappointing to see that the owners are not keeping the facility up to date. The grass is so overgrown that when I come to pick up my dogs, I can’t even see them playing. It also makes driving in a bit unpleasant. On top of that, the countertop at the front is loose—I almost fell and dropped everything I was carrying because of it.
The staff truly deserve better support from ownership, and the dogs (and their owners!) deserve a safe, well-kept environment. I really hope the owners take action soon to maintain the facility at the same level of care that Jason and Trinity put into their work every single day.

Even with the construction still underway, it’s already a great place to spend time, and I can only imagine how nice it will be once everything is finished. My wife and I were excited to find a peaceful spot where we can walk and easily get our steps in. One thing that really stood out was how versatile the park is—there’s space for dogs to run and play, a dog-washing area, and even spots where people were out fishing. It’s a great park with something for everyone, and we’re glad we discovered it.
