“My son and I were at the Post Office on a Saturday morning as it was one of few locations that offers passport services on the weekend. Names had been taken in advance since the line was long. However, when the facility actually opened, those families were not present, so Ms. Kim B. was gracious enough to allow us to be seen. She is the gold standard for impeccable customer service! She was kind, thorough, and extremely accommodating. Aside from the wait, we were in and out in 5 mins! It can be really stressful making sure you have everything you need for the application process. But Ms. Kim made it quite painful. We really appreciate it!”

I don’t know what his name is, but he was so friendly, genuine, and kind. Literally made my entire week. Thank you for that level of customer service, you rarely see that anymore.”
“These people dont play. I like the post workers that are trying to make sure everyone gets equal treatment but more importantly; get your mail taken care of. I like the operations and facility was clean proficient. Yes, long wait due to (ALOT of people customers... Even when there is a lot of people the postal workers are super friendly and fast trying to get (everyone) with customer respect mail to be taken care. I like 👍 and give thumbs up for they are doing great running a post office.”
