“Experience was great ,had an issue and Rosa was on it. I was expecting the typical run around but no , Rosa waa calm cool collected and understanding and i canr thank her enough . To her it was a small thing but to me it was huge and i will definitely be back to this very location if ever needing a storage facility again.

“LaCreasha is awesome here! My mom was locked out after changing units. The little kiosk people said her code should be the same, but it only worked for the unit on the old floor, not the new one. We ran into LaCreasha on her way home for the night. She was so helpful getting my mom a temporary code for the night with a great attitude! Public Storage better hope she stays around for a while !”

“We rented a spot here for about a year. Chad was extremely helpful as our trailer was a bit of a pain to maneuver, so he accommodated us by allowing us to put it in a more manageable spot and didn’t jack up the price. He also allowed us to park another trailer free of charge, next to said spot for a few days as it was a bit of an emergency. Even up to the day we left, Chad was very professional and understanding. It feels good to know that customer service like that, still exists. Super cool dude. You won’t be disappointed. I’d give it 10 stars if that was an option.”

“They was clean and well kept. Ive never rented a storage unit before. My hats off to christina who answered any & all questions i had. (and i had quite a few'of them) She took me & showed me the size units they had with a smile. I never felt rushed in deciding what size unit i was gonna get. Christina et me know they had carts i could use if i needed any. The unit we went to were clean & the doors worked as the should. I like that you have to have a code to get in & out of the property. Christina helped make my first time renting a unit so easy. She was down to earth and listened to everything i said. Tbh i wanted to give her a big hug & kiss. But that maynot have went over to well being i just met the lovely lady. If your needing a storage unit this is the place to do so. Christina is knowledgeable, kind, & very helpful. She is the nicest erson ive met in a while that made me feel so welcomed. Thank you christina for the kindness & help you showed. 5 stars to you.
