“Wow, the finest customer service I have experienced at a retail store. Omer had a magnetic energy, luring me into the shop and convincing me to walk out with bags full of shoes and shirts! Then there’s Richard who is very well mannered and behaved, guiding me through all the details of the Johnston experience. The long haired fellow - Gostavo I think was so lighthearted and fun to chat with in between our selections. These three were a fine bunch of excellent young gentleman - leading me here to leave a review which I have never done before. Highly recommend this shop.”

They fit great, I bought 2 pairs plus a few shirts that were a great price. “PSs.. can I tell you a secret? Need some new clothes that are size inclusive and want delightful service while you’re looking, this is the place. And this September 2026 they had all the cute fall color ensembles, great work clothes, undergarments, shoes, accessories and fun Halloween clothes to show your spooky spirit. And let me reiterate how wonderful the staff was to help us find what we needed and sizes we needed to adjust. This was a wonderful visit and would go again. But don’t take my word for it.”

I couldn't tell because her customer service was stellar. She went out of her way to help me locate an item I couldn't find on the shelves. Very kind and polite. “This Kohl's location is convenient with plenty of parking spaces, and also convenient for Amazon return. The store is always clean and the line never gets too long. Cashiers are helpful, and you can shop peacefully.”
“You have gained a loyal customer. For years, I didn’t know that they had a location out at the outlet! I usually go to memorial or the galleria, but the associate at the galleria told me to check them out. I am glad I did! They also have tall sizes in store for us tall girlies. But this team went above and beyond! I have no complaints for any of the brands stores I frequent. Friday, I had the pleasure of interacting with Jennifer, Charlie, and Emma! I chatted with Emma and Charlie as I tried on sets and shopped. When it came to check out, I noticed that my price was higher than what I already totaled in my head. Just an fyi, numbers is my first language, English is my second lol. Since I had a terrible migraine, I left to rush home for medication. But, when I reviewed the receipt I knew something was off. When my husband arrived home, I asked him if I was off due to my migraine and he instantly said no. Then I played around with the numbers, and the 50% on full priced items just weren’t adding up. I tried to rework the math on the receipt. My husband called and Jennifer answered, and she took her time to hear me out, and realized it was an error on the barcode, and that I was right. I felt relieved, because I am never wrong with numbers, but just wanted some clarity. She was impressed and said I was the only one that caught that error. She refunded me the difference. I know it’s long, but NEVER trust the system to be correct! It’s good to have a great understanding of numbers! It’s a language after all. Thank you guys for everything!”
“I purchased a couple of pairs of children boots, but they didn’t have one size I needed out on the shelves. The staff member came to ask if I needed help and promptly said he would check in the back for me for the size and found exactly what I needed! Praise. It saved me a ton of trouble having to go to another store for a matching one as my grandbabies are very competitive brothers and certainly wouldn’t want different pairs from one another 😂 Really appreciate the above and beyond from him :). Great store and will definitely be back”

“I've purchased many suits from this place and have loved the styles and sizes that actually fit me (im very petite and need 00 to not be too baggy) Recently I had to leave work due to a split in fabric the pants. The reason I'm leaving 5 stars is slightly because this is not something that has happened before with any other suit so I still believe the brand to be good, but mainly this score is due to the service. The gentleman at the desk took one look and went to get a replacement pair with no charge as it was a manufacture mishap. I've never walked into a place with a kind resolution made in less than a minute, and I was on my way back to work in the proper pants. Will be buying more suits from them soon.”
