I went to get a new bike for my son, and the gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, very patient while we discussed many options with my teenage son. He picked a bike, but wanted a specific color, and they had it at the Richardson location. They told me that it can be delivered to this store in two days. I picked up the bike two days later.”

“Very nice experience.I rented an electric bike for a few hours. I picked it up in less than 5 minutes, it was in perfect condition.The store is ideally located, close to a bike path that leads to White Rock Lake. The walk is very nice.I recommend.”
