Ken at Customer Service is amazing! I came in with a cabinet return, and he empathized and helped me think through a difficult problem with a return and was very friendly. He needs a promotion. He reminds me of home depot in 05 when every employee was really knowledgeable and smart employees. He’s killing the game.
