I do have some issues that did not get completely resolved but it doesn't affect my overall experience. I also have new neighbors with 3 small children that are very loud above me. I wish they would have located them over tenants who also have children instead of over me.”

“I have been living here for about 6 months now. This is a place I can call home for me and my family. We live in a Two bedroom, one bath, and it is very spacious. The apartment complex themselves are maintained and very quiet. Before I even moved in, up till now I have nothing but positive to say about the apartments. Especially the Front office and Mr. Gerardo (The maintance man). I was originally suppose to stay in the original apartment complex before moving here, but some things happened and it put my in a slight panic due to me needing to keep a roof over my family's head. I called Palm Bluff at around 4:00PM on a Thursday. I was greeted by Mr. Benjamin. He stayed in communications with me for majority of the evening, assisting and offering reassurance on any questions/Concerns I had. At any point he could have told me to call back the next day because they close at 5 or whatever the case could have been, but he didn't. He made myself, and my family feel so welcomed to the property. The moving process was so quick and simple, again, thanks to him. They even helped with the notice process for the previous complex. At any point did I or my wife ever feel like a inconvenience to them. I recently went through some personal things, and it was communicated to them. Again, After 6 months of living here. He reassured us of any concerns we had. Staying here has been amazing.
Mr. Gerardo is always on his A game. If you see him walking the property he will greet you with a smile and wave. I haven't had major issues, but even with minor issues. He has shown up the day of and fix whatever the issue is. He's very quick, responsive and attentive to the property. We had a minor issue on a weekend, I messaged the apartment to just give them a heads up, but it was something that could have waited till Monday....but no, Gerardo was there on Saturday to fix it with no hesitation. I can't be more thankful for them all.”

“This is a senior citizens only apt. residence....minimum age is 62 unless u have a handicap and are on disability...very clean and well- maintained....great staff,friendly..It is subsidized housing thru HUD...there's a long waiting list for vacancies...laundry rooms and trash chutes on each floor...mailboxes are also inside so we don't have to fight the weather...regular pest control...we even have a library with computers that we can use...free WiFi...large community room for social events...and best of all we have a small "Country Store" on the first floor..walking distance to Walgreens and several other businesses...”

“All though the parking is $35 for one spot each, so in total we do pay almost $70 in parking space. We can say that, the apartments are more clean, we no longer deal with insects, trash is picked up, the complex is clean, and maintenance comes and fixes everything ASAP.
