“Been here various times. The gas prices are decent overall. Four regular pumps and two for diesel. The station itself is not the cleanest. The convenient store has many different items. Good customer service. No real issues overall whenever coming here.”

“Good food, and music while you dine in. Restaurant Open early and closes at 2pm. You just have to come early to get the best flavor of Mexican dishes.
Vegetarian options: Let them know before you order that you can have veggies no meat/ chicken dishes.”

“A normal Stripes but set on a large parking lot and separate diesel pumping facilities for semis. Overnight parking for about 20 rigs. CAT scale. About a mile from the Mexico border crossing. Take pesos.Good taco bar.Restrooms could be improved.”

“A welcoming environment, floors are a bit sticky and the store has developed a distinct smell. employees are either extremely polite, or spawns of satan. the hotdogs have been rolling since the day the building was built, the soda fountains are either not working or always flat. great establishment and excellent customer service.”

“Friday morning, October 21, 2022: GREAT service at the car wash. The young man who assisted me this morning was 100% on his game. I’m often hesitant to take my Abarth into washes that have the automated chain that grabs the driver’s side tire (low-clearance vehicle owners, go ahead and share my pain). This gentleman guided me into the wash with the utmost of care & gave a stellar pre-wash to boot. And it wasn’t just me; I observed him with the customers that preceded me. Super contentious and courteous! Wish I got his name, but I’d like to think that whoever manages this spot realizes what a gem they have in their employ. Many thanks!!”

“Truckers!!!! I parked in the gravel across the street and walked over to buy pack of cigarettes LAREDO TACO!! WOW! BABACOA TACO!!! $3.49 a taco it's more expensive then the regular chicken or steak etc but it was outstanding delish iam from Florida where the food is amazing and I been wanting some good hoke in the wall stop awesome food found it!!! Thank you.”

“We go to Hooks one stop in Rough Canyon TX every year for r rest and relaxation on the Devils River. Hooks is a small store/grill/bar for Rough Canyon residence. We stay at the Lodges at Sanders Point and enjoy every minute of it.”
