“After being ignored by another express lube business nearby I drove to Mobil 1 Lube Express. An employee was in the parking lot greeting customers and within 2-3 minutes another employee was standing outside of my car asking me for my keys. I needed a state inspection and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The staff was polite and didn’t try to sell anything else ! I could not ask for anything else but quick, efficient service!”

“Our vehicle needed a starter replaced and Linda and her crew were able to take the job right away. The vehicle was towed to her shop by 8:30am, it was ready by 3:30pm!!! The price was very reasonable. I usually check 3 different places to make a decision on what would be right for our budget, Gillette was our choice, plus I knew of other people that used this company. Greatly appreciated the service and the easy going atmosphere with the staff.

“A local mechanic shop on Hampton Road wanted to charge me $2,450 for a repair. So I wanted a second opinion and took it to Kar Medic. They could not find anything wrong with it and charged me $45. When I showed them the invoice from the other repair shop they laughed and made a copy of it. LOL LOL. Very busy place but really good honest people.”
“I brought my Honda Civic in to get the brakes checked and repaired. I got a good vibe from the woman at the counter who was nice and straightforward. She quoted me a reasonable estimate for installing new brake pads and warned me that it might be more if they found damage to the rotors. We agreed that I'd drop off the car in the morning so it would be ready by the end of the next day.
I dropped off the car in the morning and they said they'd replace the brake pads or let me know if more was needed. They called a few hours later and let me know that yes, unfortunately they would need to replace the rotors too. This was bad news but the price they quoted, around $650, was still lower than I had seen people paying online.
Near the end of the day I called for an update. They let me know that there had been a slip up and my front fender had been damaged. They had quickly gone to a junkyard and found a fender to replace it.
They felt bad about the mistake and I was expecting a discount for the trouble. When I went to pay they said this one was free of charge!
So, they fixed my brakes, gave me a new fender and charged me nothing! I really respect their ethics and I will be taking my Honda back to them if I have problems in the future. Thanks Rising Sun!!”

“I was surprised how fast the oil change was performed at this establishment. The downside was that my car doors were left dirty with oil. Overall I will be returning but next time I will take paper towels to clean off any oil left behind by the technicians.”

“We blew a tire on the way home and stopped by here hoping they might have tires to replace the blown one. They didn't but they tried to find a tire shop that did. It was later in the evening so everything else was closed, but Mike made sure the donut I was driving on, and the other tires, were fully aired up before sending us home. “Had a full service oil change on Oct. 23, 2025. Three weeks later, I'm leaking oil on my garage floor. Called National All Pro and they sent Blake out to check out the leak. Found out that whoever did my oil change did not tighten the plug. Blake tightened it with fingers, then went back to the shop to get correct tool, came back and tightened it properly plus checked to be sure oil filter was tight as well. He also made sure that I had enough oil, too. Am thankful the plug didn't fall out completely. I called National the next day, praised Blake and said that I prefer that, whoever made this mistake, he not touch my car again. I've been going to National for years and never had a problem. Will still continue to go even though this happened.”
