“I had a great experience using this Hertz location when I needed a rental vehicle while my car was in the shop. Ledell helped me find the perfect vehicle and the entire process was quick and smooth. He had everything already set up, so when I arrived there was minimal paperwork to be done. I couldn’t find transportation to the body shop after dropping off my rental, so Ron drove my daughter and I to the shop. He was so friendly and professional. I really appreciate both of them and their help! I will be back anytime I need a rental.”
“Great customer service! Rented a 7 passenger SUV that didn’t have enough seating for a family beach trip so they gave me a minivan with more space at no extra charge. The minivan barely had any miles on it and drove great. Will definitely rent from them again!”
“We had so many issues when we arrived on our end with cards and out of state license. Freddie was so patient and so NICE!!! Went out of his way to help us and even got my daughter a charger for her tablet. We had to extend our reservation and were able to do so with no issues. Had to call back and drop our car off at another location Freddie once again came through for us!! He is absolutely amazing and so helpful!”

“I arrived on the 18th of August to complete my reservation. The standard truck I expected was not available. However, I was offered another vehicle which I did not accept. Then Elmore Shoto, location manager, asserted that Matlin, assistant manager, will search for my expected truck on the next day. Furthermore, I received a call from Matlin the following morning to complete my expectations by noon. So, I arrived at the rental location by noon, completed my reservation, and acquired a satisfied customer experience.”
“The customer service was so excellent, I’m a Beryl evacuee and the male agent couldn’t remember his name was so kind and understanding. I wasn’t able to return the car back to Houston and had to drop it off at this location. The male agent who worked on today really made my day during this stressful period.”

“I have reviewed about my not so pleasant experience in the past and it only feels right to make another review when I receive more than exceptional customer service. I rent at this particular location often and Diamond makes it a pleasant experience every time. From the greeting when I walk through the door, informing me of all necessary info as well as accommodating me when I’ve had issues with my rental with no fuss. Above and beyond every time. There has been several instances where the rental was not as clean as it should and she “re-cleaned” it. Again with no fuss or attitude like it was an inconvenience. I was shocked to find out she wasn’t a manager! The lady knows her job and does it well.”
