“I have reviewed about my not so pleasant experience in the past and it only feels right to make another review when I receive more than exceptional customer service. I rent at this particular location often and Diamond makes it a pleasant experience every time. From the greeting when I walk through the door, informing me of all necessary info as well as accommodating me when I’ve had issues with my rental with no fuss. Above and beyond every time. There has been several instances where the rental was not as clean as it should and she “re-cleaned” it. Again with no fuss or attitude like it was an inconvenience. I was shocked to find out she wasn’t a manager! The lady knows her job and does it well.”

“I am shockingly impressed at the excellent customer service received today, Tim (GM) returned a missed call he had from me and offered to setup someone to pick me up to take me to his office. The driver (didn’t catch his name but said he was a retired police officer ) was also very friendly and made the car ride very pleasant. I have done business w this location in the past and have nothing negative to say but today the service was top notch! Will continue doing business at this location! I don’t do reviews but this experience could not go unnoticed!”
