Many reviews highlight excellent service, with staff being patient and willing to assist with issues like insurance, making the experience quick. The price was great for a Pacifica, the car worked great and really helped out on our trip, although white would have been better because of the sun.
Service was fast and friendly, Keith was great and so was the lady who I dropped it off too. It really was next level customer service and support. I highly recommend!

Keith with Texas City Enterprise definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. He assisted me when I had to extend my rental from one week to two with kindness and understanding. I will definitely be using Enterprise in Texas City on Palmer Hwy for any future rentals.
