“I would really recommend going to cellular sales a verizon dealer. My experience was amazing 👏 in particular their was a gentleman by the name of Andrew Soueid that made my purchase experience freaking awesome! We all know that purchasing a phone now days is such a process from picking a phone out to meet your needs to having to transfer everything over its just strains you out having to be their for hours at times its more of a you have to do it rather than a good experience. I had a awesome experience with Andrew he made the process not just a purchasing experience but a personal experience really broke it down for me and my family got my wife a new pixel xl 11 pro added a great promo to it almost paid nothing for it and advised me that I qualified for a free tablet got that as well the kicker was that we pre ordered the pixel phone on the date of arrival he knew I was not a big fan of doing all of the process of moving all the info of our old phone so he took it upon himself to go and meet us at the store on his day off, who does that apparently he does, he understands customer service!!! I assure you I will be returning for any phone needs in the future and if you want to have an experience like I did I highly recommend you this particular location seems like thay have this customer service thing down.Two thumbs up and five stars all day thank you guys for looking out for me and my family”

“Only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of the rep Montgomery. I ordered a phone and never got a call from the store to tell me my phone arrived. I called several times and spoke to various people who kept telling me my phone wasn’t there. Today luckily I spoke with Montgomery who went the extra mile to search and find my phone and informed me that my phone had arrived. He assisted me with other purchases as well. He provided such great service and experience. If you want great service ask for Montgomery.”
“I recommend you to Ltz Wireless if you're having problems with cellphones or laptops. Recently, my laptop stopped working completely. It was the hard drive that was not working anymore. They reinstalled all the programs and put in a new hard drive. The laptop does not work the same "of course" not because it was repaired. Once's things are repair there never going to the same as when they were new. I totally recommend you to Ltz Wireless, great prices and great service.”

As soon as I walked in through that door the craziest deal I have ever gotten at a wireless store was here at the GP location with Suhail! Get with him he will definitely take care of you. I couldn’t have been more grateful to meet this gentleman as he presented me with a deal that seemed so unreal! Customer service was A1 and sense of urgency was a definite plus. “We just visited Metro on 3007 South Carrier Pkwy in Grand Prairie because we needed assistance with our phone. Anayeli assisted us while also being able to take care of 3 other customers!! “Chase at the T-Mobile store in Arlington provided exceptional customer service.
We came in around 6:30 PM needing to upgrade four phones, and he also took the time to walk us through different options for upgrading our fifth phone. Even though the store closed at 8:00 PM, Chase stayed focused and worked with us all the way through closing to make sure everything was set up correctly and that we understood our options.
He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never made us feel rushed, even though we were there late in the day with multiple devices.
That kind of service is rare.
Chase represented T-Mobile extremely well, and I hope his leadership recognizes the effort he put into making sure our family left taken care of.

“I just had a problem with the app paying and immediately got yelled at along with cashier by manager that I was holding the line up then I said I'll be right back then came back was promised by cashier I would get my 5% still off then came back paid with credit card the manager person took all my frozen goods out the cashier never mentioned it paid for all groceries then proceeded to head home with half my order just realized that they reversed shoplifted from my cart without telling me while I was getting another form of payment really rude being on account my 8 year old really wanted waffles but I'm done with them there is Kroger and soon to be HEB I'm done with T...Target......”
