“I want to sincerely thank the staff at the Grand Prairie USPS office for going above and beyond to help me locate a package sent from overseas. Due to a ZIP code error, the package was delayed and difficult to track. For a while, no one could tell where it was. Thankfully, the team at this location took the time to investigate and were finally able to locate it. The package was at a different USPS location. They called me when they found the package and even helped arrange with the other USPS branch for me to pick it up in person. The two staff members I spoke with on the phone were incredibly helpful and patient, and I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Thank you again!”

“This place is one of the two post offices near my home. I have zero conplaints. The staff is friendly, welcoming and efficient. I definitely recommend this office.”
“Went today 08/18/25 and the service was exceptional!!! Walked in water patiently and got assisted by the cashier. I actually had a flat rate box which was pricey to ship a light 1 item. I asked what else I could do to bring the cost down. That’s when the female cashier suggested another method and helped me. It was more work for her to show me the correct box to use and she didn’t have an attitude about it either. The lobby was getting busy and the female post master came from the back and thanked us all for waiting patiently and got more employees to come to the front to assist us. I was so happy to have this great moment of except superb customer service there today!!”
“I have used this post office for years, and I have no complaints. The employees deal with a lot of people, and I admire them for their level of professionalism. They did an outstanding job in assisting me in getting my passport. They mean business and know their jobs. It appears that they are short staffed but considering the volume of customers, I think they do a great job. No complaints.”
