“I went as soon as they opened, parked in the garage across the street (make sure you get a ticket and take a photo of the door code in the garage) and I was the only one there. I just needed to send a package out. It took less than 2 minutes. :)”

I got tired of not knowing the answer to this question and the phone number got me nowhere. So i literally drive over here just to take this picture. “Since I moved to TX I found this place. The lady working there is always friendly and will help you with whatever you need. She's never rude; she always got a smile and makes you feel welcome! It's the only mailroom I'll be doing business with. The lady who talked negative about this lady must have been having a bad day, because she is nice to everyone who comes in the door!”

“Oh My God I cannot give enough praise and thank you's to Ms. Carol Guley for everything she did for me today. My name is Dorothy King and I was waiting on a very precious delivery today and was excited to see the mailman. When I approached him and asked if he had a box for my apt. number he replied he did not. After leaving and reading my email I discovered the item was indeed delivered so I went back to the mailbox and once again nothing was there. I contact the Cedar Hill Post Office and spoke to Ms. Carol who immediately contacted the gentleman and then notified me he would return to locate the item. Later, I received a call from Ms. Carol with Amazon on the call so they both could assist me. Ms. Carol informed me she was at the mailbox hub and was waiting on me so we could locate the item. After Amazon, myself and Ms. Carol discovered the item was not in the Amazon hub, Ms. Carol used her master key in order to open all mailboxes to find the item. My heart is so full and filled with thanks, grace and mercy Ms. Carol showed me as she went above and beyond to help me not because the item was so precious to me, but because she is an absolute wonderful human being. Ms. Carol if this review reaches you I would love once again to thank you from the bottom of my heart for loving people like you do!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!”

“Omg the team Stacy mgr, Shelia that was working the window and also Gary that were so friendly and helpful! My passport was nit delivered to me but the tracking said it was delivered 05/12:2023 after investigating what was taking passport so long since March 20, 2023! I walked into the post office morning and ask fir the supervisor Shelia said she needed more info went talk to mgr Stacy and they discovered my package was delivered to the wrong address the supv instructed the carrier to go to the house where the package was delivered and praise God they still had my package and the carrier immediately brought my package back to PO and supv Stacy brought my package to me while I was waiting I’m my car in less than 35 minutes from start to finish I had my passport unharmed! Awesome customer service!”

“We visited the W Westchester Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX Post Office today to close a PO Box and forward our mail. Amy was so incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. She walked us through every step (it's much more complicated now than it used to be) and took the extra time to ensure our Box rental was cancelled and reassured us that she would keep an eye out and let us know if there were any unexpected issues. She went above and beyond and did it all with a smile. Thank you, Amy, for being such a pleasure to work with!”

“This location has greatly improved. The staff are a lot more friendly and helpful. I'm sure there are problems that still exist. But my recent experience for the last year has been a lot lot better! I mainly just drop off packages at the side door in the lobby and am not sure how things are at the counter. But I enjoy the occasional playfulness and promptness from those in the back!”

“If there’s a line, it’s typically long so be prepared for a short wait. The clerks do their very best to keep the line moving while providing exceptional customer service. I stopped in to check my PO Box before normal business hours and ran into a problem. Ms. Minnie was moving through her morning but took the time to assist me. She was very helpful and kind. Even though the post office was closed, she was willing to provide useful information that would help with my issue. That was very commendable and what I deem worthy of 5-stars!”
