Took my brother to set up service, I had given him my old cricket phone (it was old) , then nice young lady helping us went ahead and gifted him a new one. What a sweet heart and a true blessing to my brother. Thank you, great customer service!

They went above and beyond to help me especially so last minute on Christmas Eve. A lovely lady by the name of Marilyn assisted me and was so great! Genuinely made it so easy to get a new phone.
