Had an appointment for alignment at 1 pm but car was not taken back until 2:30

Everything as far as working on my vehicle went well, the only thing that bothers me is the time it took even tho I had an appointment.

I understand it’s in the business to make money, but having honor and integrity are important. They made false claims of my son’s vehicle requiring maintenance. We took the vehicle for a second opinion and learned the condition of the brakes were fine. This happened on two occasions.
