“Shout out to this O Riley staff at the Manor, Hwy 290. Wish I had gotten your name. But I have had amazing customer experience with all the staff here in this store . Shout out goes to the the one who help me get my light bulb that had fallen into the break light fixture. He spent 20,30 minutes trying get the bulb. He was able to retrieve it with a grabber.

“Today I visited AutoZone with my father to replace the battery in his Ford F-150, and we had a great experience thanks to Debbie. From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. She tested our old battery, confirmed it had no charge, and even checked whether it was still under warranty. When we found out it wasn’t, she guided us through selecting a replacement and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her customer service was excellent.
I’ll admit I was hesitant to return because of a previous visit where I dealt with a manager who was rude and unhelpful, and made me feel uncomfortable for not knowing much about cars.
