“Just want to say thank you to the owner/manager. I came in Saturday to swap a phone I bought earlier that week. I didn't realize at the time that the phone I purchased was actually a downgrade from my old FE model. The A16 was substantially slower than what I use for work. I needed the speed back.
I expected a hassle to swap it and pay the difference. It did take some time, but that's OK. It's done and I have the speed back. Couldn't be more happy. Thanks for the approval to get it done.”
“Armando and Taylor are literally god send angels. For the past 2 weeks I’ve been getting shifted from stores to stores with no help and these are the first people who even acknowledged what’s going on with my plan. They literally went out to their own ways to help me and my mom out with our lines. “Was trying to buy some of his stuff through Walmart.com but after a small issue ( which Joe had no control over) he absolutely went out of his way to fix it! He offered it cheaper, he put me at ease immediately and made me feel like an appreciated customer. Joe just seemed like the guy you want to hang out with and chill. Looks like it probably will come in faster also. If you are in the market for electronics, and are close by pay the guy a visit. Wish we had smaller family businesses like this close to me, but im stuck with Best Buy, Walmart or Amazon. Will definitely look at his online stuff and highly recommend this business!”
