“I visited the Rally House in Euless, Texas with some friends to look for a Japanese National Team jersey to wear to the World Cup. Unfortunately, this is an item the store does not carry. However, the sales associate, Axel provided EXCELLENT customer service! He checked online to find stores that might carry the jersey in the area. He went above and beyond to help us! Honestly, I have not received this level of customer service in years...anywhere! He was so genuine and helpful! Please know he is a true asset to the store and the Rally House brand! I will forever be grateful for his help and shop at this location anytime I'm in need of fan gear! Thank you, Axel!”
