“This is a pretty good branch with quality service. Unfortunately, they closed down a few of the other local branches and even after that you have to go to certain ones if you additional services. I would recommend calling for an appointment for anything other than basic services or you could be there awhile. This branch also does foreign currency exchange if you're traveling.”

“I've been banking with Falcon Bank since they opened their Stone Oak branch over fifteen years ago. Their service is always polite, professional and punctual. I must wonder if some , perhaps even all, of the low reviews are manifestations of unrealistic expectations arising from the reviewers failed to familiarize themselves with the bank's policies and procedures. We do seem to live in a world of unlimited entitlements. More often than not we are treated with the same respect and dignity with which we treat others. Kevin Thompson is a true legend here and has been involved with many organizations in leadership roles and gives back. Frost recently held a Chuck wagon breakfast to kick off the Kendall County Fair. It was appreciated and enjoyed by the community. I also think it’s one of nicest buildings in Boerne.”
