“I brought my son in to have his foot evaluated and to make sure he had the right inserts for his soccer shoes. The evaluation was quick, easy, and really informative. I honestly expected they might try to sell me new inserts, but they confirmed the ones we already had were perfect! They explained more about my son’s foot type and sent us on our way. Great, honest service.. I really appreciate that!”

“Replay is my go-to for all of my disc golf needs! Their service and knowledge is excellent, and both their new and "slightly used" selections are well categorized and sorted - if there's a disc I'm looking for and don't yet want to pay full price for it, I can easily find it here without looking through the entire used disc section. They also have a lot of inexpensive used discs for newbies to start their first bag affordably. They also carry a lot of the necessary accessories for one's bag, including suckerball retrievers and a big assortment of disc golf bags. They have a lot of things for other sports as well, but as an avid disc golfer, there is no place in the North Texas area better for disc golfers to get what they need than Replay Sports in McKinney!”

“We visited this Reebok location the weekend before Thanksgiving, and it was very busy! Staff greeted us at the door and let us know the promotions. I noticed Tashi, who I later found out to be the manager, was particularly impressive in the way she circled around helping customers and even suggesting add-ons (socks, clothing etc.). Her energy was infectious and it made me WANT to shop there. If I was looking for an ideal experience, Tashi provided that and more. Kudos to Tashi for an outstanding job!”

“I was initially reluctant to return to the New Balance Allen store after a really bad experience last summer with the male assistant manager. But I needed new running shoes and decided to give it another try. I’m so glad I did.
I was immediately greeted by Marcus, who was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to ask what I was looking for in a running shoe and even offered to size me to ensure the right fit. Despite helping another customer at the same time, Marcus made sure I always felt taken care of and never once made me feel like an afterthought.
My opinion of the New Balance Allen store has completely changed thanks to this experience. I will definitely be back and to his manager, please know that Marcus is a true asset to your team.”
“I am working on a project and needed items to be heat pressed. Not only was Justin able to give me ideas on how to do that, he was genuine enough to help make a couple examples to see how it looks. Justin has been the incredibly helpful in sharing his knowledge and expertise on what the best practices and methods would be to make this possible. “I'm writing a review because I was at this store on 10/12/24 shopping with my little sisters. When this customer (the user below me by the name of Rubi) came in asking for an exchange ( I know this because she started to get loud and obnoxious about it ) The employee working there tried to explain to her but she wasn't listening. I work in the retail world as well, and I have never seen such a rude, obnoxious, loud, self righteous, and entitled person in my life. The way she was treating the Employee was simply not right, "while i wasn't the kindest" is simply an understatement. The way this person lied on their review is insanity. It can be amazing what you can accomplish when you simply listen to employees and or read the policies of the store. Me and my sister's had a bet about how people like this try their hardest to ruin other peoples days, and I went on reviews to see if she did anything and to our expectations we saw a review detailing the exact encounter. Whoever you are Mariah, thank you for helping me and my little sisters with finding the product we needed, and bless you for dealing with people like that.”

“Great experience! I am a retired Marine, and an avid outdoorsman. I have been wearing Filson clothes and carrying Filson bags for more than 30 years. I don’t buy items because of a name on the tag. I buy items that are quality, that hold up stand the test of time and have a company that will stand behind their product. I have never been let down by Filson products. I don’t normally write reviews, but I am a believer in giving praise when it is justified. On a recent visit to the Plano, Filson store, the manager Natashia Barkins went out of her way, and spent several hours helping me with a couple of issues, hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you Natashia, you’re the best.”

“They have EVERYTHING! Found my #21 Robertson Dallas Stars sweater that I'd been searching everywhere for but only found Benn or Seguin or just generic team jersey. Not a bad price either considering I thought I would surely have to order it and wait for it to be made and sent. But there it was hanging up, all sizes and probably had the whole Stars roster but only interested in Robertson (which is my last name AND I wore green #21 in junior high football so I had to have it. Love this place.”
