“Anyone who is anyone should check their feet here, I didn’t know I had an issue with the way my feet and the way I walk and the shoes I have been using were wrong so one day I walked in and bought the shoes that are right for my feet and the way I walk and run, initially I got wrong width but then I walked in wearing the shoes again they were quick to exchange and help. Nice service and me and my wife are happy with the shoes and service we got. I will bring all my family and get their feet checked and get the shoes that give better comfort and feel. Thank you!”

They proactively prevent issues like having multiple numbers, or confusing order pick ups. The cost is reasonable, and they have always been good quality. They have gone above and beyond with service as well, even helping me get something when they were outside of store hours.”
“Replay is my go-to for all of my disc golf needs! Their service and knowledge is excellent, and both their new and "slightly used" selections are well categorized and sorted - if there's a disc I'm looking for and don't yet want to pay full price for it, I can easily find it here without looking through the entire used disc section. They also have a lot of inexpensive used discs for newbies to start their first bag affordably. They also carry a lot of the necessary accessories for one's bag, including suckerball retrievers and a big assortment of disc golf bags. They have a lot of things for other sports as well, but as an avid disc golfer, there is no place in the North Texas area better for disc golfers to get what they need than Replay Sports in McKinney!”

“I went in today, to Sell a couple of Ball Gloves, that were too small, for me. Upon Entry, I was Greeted By a Kind Young Man, named Jordan.He was Very Helpful and attentive and answered a few questions I had about sizing Gloves. Although It was my first time in the store the Large selection of Various Equipment Bikes, Shoes, Bats, Heavy Bags, was Impressive. Jordan’s help was greatly Appreciated, my Son in Law is Coming next Week from San Diego California. This will be one of Our first Stops, to get a Few items he Needs for Baseball. Justin has been the incredibly helpful in sharing his knowledge and expertise on what the best practices and methods would be to make this possible. “I love this outlet, underarmour is underrated to be honest, I bought running shoes 4 years ago, it's so comfy that I wear it everywhere, everyday and it still looks brand new, I buy shoes for my boys as well, and they are super affordable and light. Definitely recommend”

Received help to the desired department, was shown available options for what I wanted to purchase, & had to go the checkout desk to order item online because they only had a display item & it was damaged. So now, we have to wait for delivery to the store & return for pickup.”
“We love Frozen Ropes. I’ve been taking my boys there for years to improve their baseball skills and learn how to work/practice and how that translates to success. I only wished to have a facility like Frozen Ropes growing up and love that my boys get to take advantage of this place. Ownership and Coaches there are outstanding as well - top notch baseball facility that we are lucky to have in McKinney.”
“I’m giving 4 stars entirely because of Mahira's (Guess thats the name) outstanding service. She was friendly, attractive, attentive, and checked in on me a couple of times to see if I needed help.
I was looking for sizes 10 and 10.5 but couldn’t find them on display. When I asked another staff member (an older lady in the next aisle), she simply said, “What you see is what we’ve got.” Later, Mahira passed by and offered assistance. I asked her the same question, and to my surprise, she went to the back and brought out both sizes.
Thanks to her, I found the perfect fit. I’ll happily return to this store — but only when Mahira is there. ?”

“I'm writing a review because I was at this store on 10/12/24 shopping with my little sisters. When this customer (the user below me by the name of Rubi) came in asking for an exchange ( I know this because she started to get loud and obnoxious about it ) The employee working there tried to explain to her but she wasn't listening. I work in the retail world as well, and I have never seen such a rude, obnoxious, loud, self righteous, and entitled person in my life. The way she was treating the Employee was simply not right, "while i wasn't the kindest" is simply an understatement. The way this person lied on their review is insanity. It can be amazing what you can accomplish when you simply listen to employees and or read the policies of the store. Me and my sister's had a bet about how people like this try their hardest to ruin other peoples days, and I went on reviews to see if she did anything and to our expectations we saw a review detailing the exact encounter. Whoever you are Mariah, thank you for helping me and my little sisters with finding the product we needed, and bless you for dealing with people like that.”

“I was looking for the new strike king tumbleweed lures and just couldn't find them. Michael was just flat out INCREDIBLE! He went above and beyond to find the lures for me when I was ready to bailout.
He went and grabbed a computer and looked up the SKU number but just didn't see them. He then proceeded to head to the office and when he turned around he found them on an end cap. He couldn't understand why in the world someone would have put them there, but I'm grateful for he stellar customer service and stick to it attitude.”

“Dick’s Sporting Goods has a great selection of gear and equipment, and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are fair, and it’s easy to find what I need. Everything is well organized, and checkout is smooth. Overall, a solid shopping experience the only reason it’s not 5 stars is that I’d love to see a few more specialty items in some departments.”
