We had an appointment with Dr. Abraham yesterday, and it reminded me how friendly, knowledgeable, and patient he is. I never feel rushed during appointments, and he always takes the time to answer my questions and explain things clearly.
We’ve also seen Dr. Howard and Dr. Meyers and have had great experiences with them as well. The vet techs are wonderful too and are always kind, gentle, and so sweet with our dogs.
The front office staff is fantastic. Scheduling appointments, requesting records, and getting information is always easy, and their email responses are consistently fast and helpful. It's actually shocking to me how quickly I hear back from them!

“Best clinic ever! I started taking my 14 year old weenie dog Tucker there on a recommendation from someone. As Tucker grew older and, aside from annual checkups, they started treating him for his dental and osteoarthritis, which made a big difference. Two years later the initial medication began to lose its effects so they prescribed several more medications. As Tucker's body just grew older they offered several other treatments. They really went over-the-top trying to keep Tucker healthy. As Tucker neared 17 years old his body just started wearing out. Doctors Schoch and Connor and their staff Taylor, Rebecca, Zach, Cortney, and New York were always there anytime I needed to call and ask questions about Tucker's issues. Sadly, this past Monday we lost Tucker. All of the doctors and staff were empathetic and compassionate. They allowed me however long I wanted to say goodbye to my buddy, never rushing me. All of the staff made a point to come into the room to offer condolences and to say goodbye to Tucker. Dr. Connor was the one who was going to perform the procedure, but Dr. Schoch went out of her way performing another procedure to come into the room to say goodbye. A week later I brought Tucker back home after being cremated. When I got home I found that they had made a plaster mold of Tucker's paw and they had taken prints of his paw and nose. They also kept a lock of his hair. They did that on their own as it was not my request which was very caring. They also gave me a card on which every staff member wrote some very nice things about me and Tucker. I can't speak highly enough for everyone at this clinic and their care for Tucker and me. Should I ever get another dog I would definitely let this clinic care for him.”

Tech and vet were so gentle and kind to my old gal. Scheduled appt was prompt and on schedule. I truly couldn’t be more grateful. If I lived here, I’d love to make this my primary vet.”
“I have a large senior dog whom unfortunately is quadriplegic and at end of life care. The vet was compassionate and understood that my intention is to keep her alive as long as humanely possible. She helped me make Bella more comfortable and gave me ways to get her eating and using the bathroom again. Im very happy with this vet because she seems like she truly understands the value of our furry family members lives and won't throw in the towel. “Have small pup with CCL and patella issue. All the doctors out there constantly tell us that our 14lb puppy need surgery and over quoting the situation.
Came to DVSC and the vet was BEST in last 6 years I have gotten since my dog snoopy. She was extremely knowledgeable and said she would never recommend things unless necessary. She encouraged conservative approach and said small dogs can grow their “fiber” back. Need to giving him glucosamine, water swim therapy in our tub and things will slowly and steadily be back in shape.
Felt so positive that they are recommending not what’s best money for DVSC but what’s best for my dogs health.”

“I can’t stress enough how amazing this place is! We found our new vet! Our dog was sick and our normal place we take her, couldn’t get her in for a while. This place got her in quickly! Prada, who is a rescue and has a traumatic past, instantly took to the doctor! That was a big deal right there. They treated her without all the unnecessary things. It definitely didn’t feel like it was all about the money here! My daughter and I both agree that we will be making a switch!”

“Best veterinary clinic in DFW! Their care for animals is number one priority over profits. Every doctor and staff member is patient, caring, and goes the extra mile to provide exceptional service. Above all, Doctor Norton is a special kind of wonderful.
My husband and I rescued two GS puppies from the same litter and unfortunately, the male pup, our beloved Sarge, was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of one. During our first meeting with Dr. Norton, the staff noticed Sarge was struggling with the confinement of an exam room so they immediately moved us to the livestock area where he would feel more comfortable to roam. Dr. Norton sat on the floor with Sarge rubbing his belly, and told us not to feel rushed, ask as many questions as possible no matter how long it took. He made himself available to us 24/7 via phone (seriously, sometimes even at 8pm) and did extensive research to help us find the right balance of medication. He even worked with a pharmacy to get us the best price on prescriptions. Unfortunately after 3 years, the epilepsy took a toll on Sarge’s body and he suffered a cluster of Grand Mal seizures. Within days, we received a handwritten card signed by every staff member with their condolences. I simply cannot explain how grateful we were to have this team on our side guiding us through the process. Five stars doesn’t do them justice.”
“Logan was my heart and soul. Letting him go because of cancer was one of the worst days. The AEHNT staff and doctors were beyond amazing and caring to Logan and us during that difficult day.
We received a condolence card in the mail. When we picked up his ashes, we were also given his paw print, locks of his hair and his ashes in the sweetest box with his name plate.
Thank you AEHNT for the genuine kindness you gave us and especially gave to Logan.”
