“This location is easy to access and I love my air conditioned lockers. The extra protection that the facility added with app operated gates makes me feel very safe, even when going to my locker alone. Representative Candie rocks! She is extremely trustworthy! She has always been super helpful, especially when I've needed to go over specific locker information! She was attentive to helping me with my situation and prompt with her follow up. She is very patient, kind and uplifting, and a pleasure to talk to! Thank you so much for your help, I'm super appreciative!

On top of this, I have rented at 4 locations total. This is the only one I will ever rent at again. 1- Candie, 2- the security for protection of my things at the location. 12/10. When you have a great representative of the company who treats your things like her own, it shows and gives comfort, even from 6 hours away.

If Candie ever leaves the property, I am going to have to move my things. There have been times when my account wasn’t set straight, and she did everything she could to fix it, out of honesty and kindness. She is truly wonderful, she makes this property trustworthy, and sets it apart from the others! I’ll say it again and again!

“BEST MOVERS! From start to finish, this company exceeded every expectation. You’re assigned a move coordinator, ours was Lori Olson, who was absolutely amazing! She took the time to explain their entire process, measured my parents’ furniture to create an accurate floor plan of what they wanted to take, and maintained excellent communication throughout.

Our move team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and truly listened. Their packing was top-notch, every item, especially my parents’ antiques, was handled with great care. They even managed three separate stops flawlessly and did an exceptional job on delivery.

On the third day, the team returned to unpack my parents, and their attention to detail was outstanding. They hung all of my mother’s pictures exactly the way she wanted and placed her antiques perfectly in her curio cabinets. The entire crew was kind, patient, organized, and incredibly professional, they even cleaned up after themselves!
