Looking at other Storage facilities and seeing better options for larger units.The 5 star review is strictly for Jason the manager. I have rented at this facility for 12 years. Jason has always been professional, kind, patient, personable and very knowledgeable. He goes the EXTRA mile! His customer service skills are spot on even with individuals in various scenarios. I wish he would come to work at my property management company.Jason is an asset!!Since Public Storage has taken over not happy about 1 of the payment options I have been used to for the past 12 years has been removed. It's made it a bit inconvenient for me!!Again Jason ROCKS!!”

“Not sure why only 1 stars for these guys. This is my fourth or fifth rental in about as many years, and great service every time! Folks can read my review of the McKinney location for what a true bad experience is at a Budget Truck franchise. I recognized the one guy from my prior rentals, so felt good starting out. At this location, no hard sell on, nor blind siding rules, about insurance. One tire was flat on the rental this week. They gave me the keys to another - no hassle, and no added paperwork. However, the replacement truck had only about half a tank. They knew and took note of the miles. Because all my experience prior was good, I filled up the tank (vs trying to figure out the amount required to take it half way). I did so with confidence because these guys have been straight up and trustworthy in the past. They didn't disappoint in making sure I was made whole for that extra half tank.”

“Outstanding Customer Service. I usually use another truck rental company and wouldn't waist my time writing something negative. I chose Penske and chose this location bc it was close ( mileage ?) I was called the day before pick up to confirm (that's 3 ?'s already) The gentleman who runs this store was amazing and helpful. Not to mention educated, well dressed, professional and a great attitude. The office was sparse but the truck (and he made sure I was in a newer model and flawless running truck) They're a little more expensive than the other company...but in this case, especially when you're responsible for a 70,000 truck and an open credit card do not be cheap. “Awesome service, I rented a 16 foot box truck to do a small house move. From the beginning the person helping me was very professional and polite. He answered all my questions and concerns. I turned in the truck the same night even though they were closed. I followed up the next day to confirm they had processed my return which they had. Total for the rental was $80. Very reasonable price. Also if you drive less than 30 miles they will not charge you the cents per mile that you drive. Just have to bring the back the truck with the same amount of fuel it had when you picked it up.”
