“Rowdy (the owner) always takes care of me and never makes me feel like an idiot when I ask him stupid questions about tires. He’ll never steer ya wrong, and the prices are phenomenal.
He’s supplied me with used tires when I was strapped for cash and couldn’t afford new ones at the time, and he’s given me great deals on new ones when it came time for them and I could afford them.
He’s also a solid human being, and that matters to me when I’m looking to support businesses. When the floods occurred in the Central Texas Hill Country, he went down there to assist with rescue efforts. When actions speak louder than words, his actions speak volumes.
Do yourself a favor and give Rowdy and Royse City Tire a shot. You won’t be disappointed.”
“Came in with air line leak and couldnt figure where it coming from. Worked with the guys there and they helped me diagnose and replace a line they assumed was causing the problem. Fixed it right up. Kudos to Jayden who helped me replace the line and the other gentleman who suggested to replace it. Thank you all, will be back for future mods on my c63.”

“2002 Lexus LS 400. Sewell Lexus quoted me 17,500 for what needed to be done. This would mean junking this wonderful car since it is worth maybe 6000 at most. I'm not going to reveal Mike's prices, but suffice to say they were so good and the quality of work was so good! Now our car is as smooth as butter and good for many, many more years of service. We gave a substantial tip to this shop. Never done that before! The owner is 100% honest and communicates very well. Just unbelievable level of care and service that exceeded all other shops that I've ever used and that includes Sewell Lexus. I trust Mike with any car I own, new or used. I believe you cannot find a better mechanic at any price, and Mike's prices are very, very reasonable. He is my new #1 for life.”
“Chino & team are the absolute best. We’ve been here twice to check some oil and coolant, and it’s been fast and pleasant both times. Today they happily took my 5 year old up close to the car to help fill the tires with air and peek into how they fix cars. It made his night!

“I just had my 18 RS3 serviced at this establishment and I'm just happy to be able to bring my car to a shop that makes me feel like home. What was supposed to be an oil change and brake change turned into an oil pan gasket change as well. Thing is though he invited me to the shop to check out the leak. The fact he wanted to make it right helped me decide this is where I'll bring my car as long as I live in Texas.”

“So there are many places to take your car for an inspection. I have two vehicles so it's a pain to take them both for oil changes and then state inspections. In March, I had an oil change and I thought it might be too early since my inspection sticker was due in September, however somebody here told me it wasn't too early so I had the state inspection done. Imagine my annoyance when I found out the inspection was due between July 30 and September 30. for the registration of course. I came in annoyed but prepared to pay again... but I didn't have to do that. I went out feeling like I had just had a visit with a good neighbor. These guys absolutely put the Rock in Rockwall Brakes Plus on Goliad. Very happy I was not grilled for my part in lack of researching, instead, Chris Stockert, who has taken over as general manager in October 2023 simply said, "...not a problem, we will redo at our expense.". I think we can all agree that customer non-service is abundant in the world and locally right now, but not at Brakes Plus. I will continue to do business here as long as I live in Rockwall.. And by the way, the bad reviews seem to center around people who have made appointments to bring their cars in. I'm very happy these people even offer appointments as some do not. If these guys are to cars like doctors are to people, appointments, run, long keep that in mind and also keep in mind, they have a nice key drop if you want to bring your car in the night before. Just my two cents..”

“These guys did work on our 2012 Chevy Colorado. They did great work on the exhaust cam phaser and timing chain and even though they added on new spark plugs and other snack things, The price was what they said it was gonna be they did it in a timely fashion. Great service, love Deedee! The mechanics really know what they’re doing and my truck is driving like new! they don’t try to upsell, they give you a price and stick with it. Deedee really knew what she was talking about also. Five stars!! I will be referring them to everyone I know!thanks for everything.”

“I’ve been coming here for years and the other locations as well in a pinch. Russ here set me up with a 3 tire replacement and his knowledgeable update.
I requested to keep my old two tires and they had no issue. The timing on a Saturday to be seen was quick. The turnaround on the tire replacement, rotation, balance, alignment, and tpm was about 4-5 hours with updates via phone call throughout the day.
I will keep coming back here. Professional team. Happy customer.”
