They explained everything thoroughly and were honest, and answered my questions. Jared helped me lower my monthly bill as well. It took a long time for the information to transfer over but it flew by because they were so nice! I’d come back only to this store if I needed help again!”

“Kristen literally saved my day. I arrived at her Verizon store at Vista ridge , in tears, thinking my phone battery had destroyed my phone. I had several transactions hanging on my return calls, non of which I could make.
I have seen Kristen before here and knew she was competent but today she became a Star in my book. She took my dead phone, evaluated it, charged it!! and began to explain how to upgrade my services at a big savings to me. I was overjoyed...I'm now leaving with a working phone, taking advantage of all the promotional offerings and looking forward to receiving new, improved phone and even a new TV. I'm a very happy, loyal Verizon customer now, thank you, Kristen!!”

“I went in yesterday, after having no luck at my nearest T-mobile, trying to see what my options were for getting a replacement/new phone. I had recently damaged my phone and my nearest t-mobile was no help at all. We have insurance on all our devices and the nearest t-mobile didn't help or offer any assistance.

So we drove out to Euless, approximately 30 minutes away, because at this point my phone was basically useless.

We worked directly with Kim R. (Mobile Expert) and that she was! Not only did she help in filing an insurance claim but broke down the costs of the deductible vs. paying the taxes/fees for a new device.

She honestly couldn't have been more helpful. I ended up upgrading to a brand new phone and she even stayed late (after closing hours) to make sure that the new device has all of my information from my old phone and was working 100%.

The drive out to Euless was definitely worth the AMAZING QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. If i could give Kim more than 5 stars I would!”

“Out of all of T-Mobile's I've encountered in Texas, I will have to say this is one among the best. Their selflessness is unkind that consistency, professionalism, and very courteous. As everyone knows customer service is everything to me. 2 years ago I had a very ugly encounter at the T-Mobile in Southlake and did not give a desirable review. However, since then they vamp things up. Hopefully they take some tips from the smaller store or for Davis all their staff members. Awesome! So there's no need to point one out from the other. So for your T-Mobile needs, don't hesitate to stop through here.”

“Chrys was so helpful today and she is AMAZING!

We ported 4 numbers over phone with sales reps of T-Mobile from Verizon to T-Mobile and our phones got messed up and panicked us with no connection. They could not resolve it but directed us to the store near by and we visited Grapevine Store.

Chrys handled this panic situation, calmly and collectively and resolved one by one the several issues caused by the “sales reps on phone”. And restored all our phones to work seamlessly within an hour.

We were so relieved and couldn’t thank her enough

I came in with questions about international plans as I was having a frustrating experience trying to use the Tmobile app - he called customer service for me, took care of all my questions, and found the best plan to suit my needs. For example, being told my ordered equipment is out for 3 months when it was in a back room. “I’ve been a client with spectrum for about two years and I came to upgrade my services and they treated me excellent in this location. I forgot the name of who helped me out but she was very polite, carefully listened to any question I had and answered all of my questions in detail so I could understand. I got my upgraded equipment and they even showed me how to setup everything even though they didn’t have to plus instructions came in box. I appreciate the customer service here and recommend anyone coming to this location.”

Went in and the staff patiently addressed the issue by getting it honored, while being very nice and detailed and spending a good amount of time detailing trade offs in purchasing through Verizon vs other vendors. Initially we thought of checking the plans and come back home and decide, however the way Mario treated us and explained the plans makes us reliable and switch 4 lines to Tmobile on the same visit. He is a rock star and truly a gem. He took time and helped us with the process of switching and ordering the new Iphones for our family. We had an issue with one of the phones. He gave us his phone number to contact him directly to check the shipment of the new phones to the store to replace the problematic device and helped with replacement process quickly. Overall, the experience is very good at this store. I felt the other staff also very friendly and supportive.”

Most of the time I simply work at Frontier locations doing maintenance and repair work but I also have internet and Wi-Fi service from Frontier and I have had no problems whatsoever and everything seems to be working great All the questions I've had about their services were answered fully and helpfully especially since I'm very illiterate with electronics.”
