“Richard at the JCPenney Photo Studio did an amazing job with my graduation photos. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that he genuinely loves what he does. He brought so much enthusiasm and professionalism to the session, which immediately made me feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Since it was just me for the session, I was a little unsure how the photos would turn out, but Richard guided me through everything. He gave great direction on poses, adjusted the lighting and angles perfectly, and made sure every shot looked its best. His attention to detail and eye for photography really showed.

What stood out the most was his passion for his work. He truly cared about getting great photos and making the experience enjoyable. The whole session felt relaxed, fun, and very professional.

“I went into Sephora a few days ago a little nervous as I rarely use make up and needed a complete set of everything including being color matched for a really big event I was attending.

Not too many customers in the store and Sam was moving from Person to person. I told her I needed to be color matched. She asked me a few questions on skin type and skin care and BAM first one she picked was a perfect match.

She took the time to help me pick Everything I needed…. Took the time to explain what the product was and why she recommended it. Explained the return policy. She was very helpful and amazing.

But most importantly I met and employee named Mary Ell - whom is awesome by the way.
Mary is so friendly, caring, kind, customer focused, detail oriented and has a very pleasant and positive attitude which is warm and welcoming.
She assisted with 1 of my purchased and 2 separate returns and she was great. I watched her interact with all customers at both the register and while putting back carts/baskets up front and she is so caring.
We chit-chatted each time and she just brought a smile to my face each time. Please commend Mary Ell for an outstanding job!

“Nice staffs. I always shop instore, First time I ordered for a pick up then there was a missing item in the bag, online don’t help for missing items for order pick up ( I always check the bag pick up orders which I should have checked here as well before leaving store), but had to call in store & staff told me to come back, lady staff was nice listened to me and said it never happened like this before, yet she agreed for me to take what I want. Lesson learned better to check before leaving the store to avoid double trips to the store.”
