“I had an issue when checking in after a long day of traveling (the night of 28 August) and the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Service was phenomenal.
Breakfast was great, my room was clean, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!”

“Every stay at thi9s hotel is a special event; love going here and being treated like royalty.
This past weekend, wife thinks she caught an orb going up the main staircase!”
“This is our preferred hotel for our frequent bowling tournament trips in El Paso. It is super clean and well maintained. The staff is excellent and always ensures we are well taken care of. The lobby/breakfast area is fantastic and well stocked. There are many restaurants within a few minutes drive. We can't say enough good things about this hotel!!!”
“I can’t say enough good things about the team at the Chase. I work closely with Myra Hallberg to coordinate stays for my company, and she is truly exceptional. She’s always quick to reply to my messages no matter the time and goes above and beyond to help. The staff is also so welcoming and kind to our 40+ employees staying here and have made this our go to hotel for any future lodging.”
“Awesome experience. Great room with exceptionally comfortable mattress and bedding. The customer service was remarkable. Friendly, quick, efficient. Enjoyed the quick breakfast we were able to order. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Bini followed up via email regarding a question we had. Highly recommend staying here.”

“I had a very nice experience at this location when I came into town. There was one little issue with the bedding, but it was resolved immediately. I truly appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. They made sure I was taken care of and comfortable during my stay. I will use this hotel location again when I come back to El Paso.”
“This hotel is always so reasonably priced, super clean and updated, the beds are so comfortable, and the service is amazing! Arthur at the front desk has the best welcoming personality and makes sure everything about your stay is perfect! Great location and I always pick this hotel when I come to El Paso.”
“In for a quick trip, used their shuttle from the airport and enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning. Staff was always very friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was spotless and smelled clean.”

“Conveniently located near I-10, though a bit tricky to find at first. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The two-queen suite was spacious and comfortable for our family of five and our pup. There was a good area to walk the dog, which we really appreciated. Breakfast offered a nice variety and was very good, and the gym was spacious and well-equipped. After a long day on the road, we slept great and felt well-rested.”

“Now, I've peeked at some of the other reviews, some were on point and some were not, so let's dive in to my experience at this historic hotel and hostel.
First off, let's talk about the pricing for being pretty much in the center of downtown, very inexpensive. They run specials on Booking.com, and I must say for the price point, cleanliness and accommodations, this place is well worth it. If you're traveling for a few days and need somewhere affordable, clean, accommodating, with more than enough space, yes, I'd recommend Gardner Hotel for sure.
In the 1930s John Dillinger, the gangster and infamous bank robber, stayed at this hotel, and who doesn't love a good anti-hero these days. I arrived around the same time as his stay, which was January 9th, four days after my birthday mind you.
Although, I initially had a private room on my first night, left to go elsewhere closer to a meeting I had on the Eastside of town(in which I regret checking-in for a couple of days), I ended up coming right back to the Gardner Hotel, and was welcomed with opened arms, possibly the ghost of Dillinger's arms(lol). This time I had a Men's dorm room, which still wasn't half bad, although a little tight, I sleep well for a night or two before new roomies arrived. The shared bathrooms were clean and the young lady who was the receptionist on my first night, was also the housekeeper and she seemed to be on top of things. Very cute female staff...like all of them!
They have a laundry area, $3.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry, just a washer and dryer, 40min of time on each, so be patient in people are ahead of you(FYI). A kitchenette area for you to do your own cooking, with a fridge for food storage if necessary. You can receive discounts from the bars, Cafe Rose(which is next door) and The Pizza Joint(very good) which reside on the same block. There are great places to eat within a block or two. All in all, I was happy with my stay, and I will be back.
Also, just FYI, in the hostel dorms part of hotel policy is that you only can get rooms for 14 days a year, so be mindful of that. Other than that, you should enjoy your stay.
*Downside, broken elevator! So you may have to take the stairs. If so, travel lightly!”

“We had the pleasure of being served by Amada at Circa on Indigo, and she absolutely nailed it. She handled our large group completely on her own, no assistance, and did so with professionalism, efficiency, and such a great attitude the entire time.
Although we tried to inform the hotel team ahead of time that we would be a large group, unfortunately that didn’t seem to be taken into consideration. Despite being put in a tough position without support, Amada remained phenomenal from start to finish.
She truly carried the experience for us. Exceptional service like hers deserves recognition. Thank you, Amada, for going above and beyond!”
“Very clean rooms. Staff service was pleasant. I would def return and recommend. They kitchen had everything aand i did not need to request anything from the desk”
“Good staff, great WiFi, next to great steakhouse and bar you can walk to. Rooms are spacious and clean, almost like brand new but it’s 7yo, couldn’t tell. has mini kitchen, coffee pot, refer and microwave. just stayed at a hilton, not even close.”
“The gentleman at check-in was very polite and welcoming. Upon entering its obvious the staff and management take pride in their work; the hotel was very clean and all amenities were in working order. The guest rooms are very clean comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend the area. And yes there is a parking fee, but it's only $10. Not a big deal as eveyone seems to make it.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was well-maintained, clean, quiet, and deliciously dark at night. The hotel staff was professional and courteous. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, a variety of firmer and softer pillows. Public areas were nice, quiet, and well-maintained. Breakfast is what you'd expect at IHG properties (I only ever go for the omelets and sausage)... Good, brewed-to-order coffee. My only two complaints (and these are very minor ones): there's not an ice machine in every floor, and the elevator dings kind of loudly, so I sometimes heard it from my room, which was pretty close by.
Overall, I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again”

“This Ramada is everything I wanted. We utilized a reservation site to reserve our room. However, we were informed that we likely would've gotten a better price by calling directly. Room service is polite and eng/span bilingual. Max stars for the Breakfast. It has hot and cold dishes that vary each day with extended serving hours for the weekend. Outdoor pool and fitness room are available as well. Various restaurants and shopping within a 10 minute drive. Plus the hotel is close to an I-10 exit making it easy to find. I am midstay with over a week left but I have no doubt I will enjoy the rest of my stay.”
“Cheapest rooms in this part of the city. The room was older but cheap, clean and came with WiFi plus a smart TV. For the price it is unbeatable. Close enough to walk around downtown to restaurants and coffee shops.”

“I still say this is an excellent place to stay. Very close to our doctor appts and plenty of dinimg nearby. Even bei g right on the interstate, the noice was munimal. I only gave rooms a 4 this time because the heater did not work,(but I used the bedding from the second bed and we were warm enough) and the towels were shorted so there wasn't enough washcloth for both of us (I just used and handtowel for a second washcloth).”
“I stayed at the studio 6 about a week ago and I just had to come back and leave a review for the young woman I belive her name is MaryAnn the front desk clerk .she was not only polite but helpful. She made me feel welcomed and as a valued customer . She checked me in quickly it was a breeze and she made sure I had the type of room I wanted at the location I preferred . I will most definitely be coming back again and hope to see the welcoming smile of Ms.MaryAnn .”

“Had to travel to El Paso due to a family emergency. Danny, at the front desk, took care of our family and showed an act of kindness when he didn't even know we needed it most. Thank you, Danny. People like you are part of the reason we always stick with Hilton hotels. Now we know where to stay from now on. Hope management gives Danny the kudos he deserves!”
“Our stay at the hotel was a great experience. Nice styling. We used both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and were really pleased. Room was very spacious and clean. Overall very pleased .”
“First time here to this comfort suites. .it doesnt look like much from the outside but all the comfort suites are really clean and super spacious and comfortable. Service was great as soon as we walked in the lady with the short hair and braces was super helpful with our stay and service is amazing. Parking is adequate. .if its busier you may have to park on the side of the street. Gym is small but really good really surprised. Breakfast was good as well only issue was that the hot water takes a while to come on in the shower/bath tub take about 5-10 mins for it to get hot. But rooms are super clean. Comfort suites has been my go to hotels when ever I travel unless I need a kitchen for longer stay. They're also pet friendly which is a plus. Definitely recommend. Right across the street from the air port. . Its 13 min walk from the airport to the hotel. . Making it very convenient to rent and drop off the car and just walk back to the hotel.”

“Great staff. The amenities are wonderful. The location is not the best. Fairly high crime rate, and there is a oil refinery in the back of it. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially for a longer term stay. I'd definitely recommend it to people.”
“This is one of the best Army IHG hotels I have stayed at. The breakfast is sufficient but lacks options compared to other locations. The rooms are large and spacious with kitchenettes that are fully stocked. Any small negative thing is greatly over shadowed with staff and facility excellence. Nothing comes without a flaw and this hotel has very few flaws. The pool was closed for the season unfortunately so maybe they will get a hot tub for the winter months or for a good soak after a day of hard work. ?
This place is located directly off the main road, there is a conference hall directly behind the hotel that has great buffet lunch Tuesday-Friday. There is an AAFES exchange a block away but the hours are less than ideal for those on the road traveling.”
