“I had a great expirence at the Harker Heights location. The person that took care of me from start to finish was a gentleman named Josh. He was great. Up front with everything, answered all my questions clearly and concisely. I was worried about pricing when it came to fixing my PS5 because the issue was unknown at the time when I first brought it in. He answered my questions as to what the problem(s) could be and when I asked a ball park price range of what those named problems would cost me to repair so I could prepare myself., The pricing ended up not being as bad as I thought it would be. No surprise charges of labor, this, or that etc. It wasn't one price after another or after another. Very black and white and if you take time to ask questions they will educate and inform you (especially Josh) to the best of their ability while also providing excellent care to me and my PS5. I will definitely be a returning customer with any other needs for my electronics I may have. THANKS JOSH!!!!”

“The Verizon store in Killeen, TX took suck good career of my Mom and I. We had issues with my mom's icloud account and they took three hours to get her phone unlocked and they allowed me to take my phone with me so I could transfer all of my items from my cell phone. I would shop here again and would recommend this store to my friends and family.”

“My husband and I have been customers at this Cricket location for almost 3 years now, and the customer service has been phenomenal especially with sales representative "Hugh" on board. “I had a very non-standard issue where I needed to transition from personal to business account while creating multiple numbers all while dealing with an insurance claim on one phone that was broken. Soha Khan (please excuse my spelling error on the text survey it autocorrected on me as I hit send), was incredible. She patiently heard the goals I was trying to achieve, explained all the options I could go with and in the end I left with everything set up and ready to go. I wouldn’t have even bothered coming into a store if it was a normal type of problem handled easily online, but this was not one of those things and Sohal was critical to achieving everything I needed. The whole staff should also get a mention as several others weighed in at times and frankly, top shelf, all around.”

I live close to the Harker heights metro near HH Walmart and I had a horrible experience there and paid more out of pocket due to the lady manager only concerned about her number in sales.
