Immediately upon entering I was greeted warmly then spoke with the branch manager Angelica Salazar. She walked me and talked me through the entire procedure with professionalism, kindness and a sense of humor. I was so stressed about making sure I had all the required documentation. I had so many questions about my savings account and CD’s. I was totally confused and stressed out. Marcela was very patient and knowledgeable.
