Let me just say, I loathe going to the Verizon store, it is usually a 2 plus hour ordeal. Went this morning and yes spent 2 hours there, however Kobe was our CSR and he was so kind and helpful. He was trying his hardest to get us out of there as fast as he could but still get everything done correctly.

Location great alway upgrade my phones there. We moved here 7 years ago and asked when there would be more 5g coverage, meaning 5g coverage ing Pelican Bay. They alway said when it starts growing and building the houses. They've been building the houses, and Pelican Bay still has awful phone service which was promised years... read full comment
