“Our marketing agency needed an affordable way to retrofit our leased office space. We opted for three 18000 BTU mini splits across the suite. The result? Quiet, efficient cooling with remote controls for each zone. The install was fast and didn’t disrupt our operations.”

“Great food selection, got just what I need. Clean, nicely organized sections. This location is much more calm and less crowded than the one by the Pearland town center. The cashiers and store associates are very nice and helpful. The missing 1 star is because they never have cakes with whipped cream in stock ready to go. You would always have to order one. I'd always have to go to Kroger's just for their cakes with whipped cream. Our family eat cake whenever we like. We don't wait for special occasions or birthdays. Sigh... Some of the boiled crawfish could've been a little bigger. It would be nice it H‑E‑B could start to add bay numbers to sectionalize their aisles like Home Depot and Lowe's. That'd make grocery finding much easier. Search #mswarmie on YouTube or TikTok. Watch two videos about this HEB here for more: seasoning aisle: youtube.com/shorts/f_Wcn…Crawfish boil: youtube.com/shorts/53YB8…”

“Gas pumps. What more could you want? Snacks and a drink? I think I might have seen some stuff like that a few paces over there. Well lighted. Good visibility/ line of sight. Good neighborhood. Oh yeah, good price on fuel. Enough said.”

“Hey! writing a review for Q and Alex at the gas station. They do an amazing job! They're always friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. Highly recommend! ??”

“I come here every single morning the staff always says good morning and are polite. I do have to say I avoid the store if I happen to pull up and Steven is working every time I have been in there when he is working he is rude and has an attitude and just gives off the unfriendly feeling.”

“We went for an introductory visit. The models were beautiful. The sales person was very thorough and answered a lot of questions that we had. Looking forward to following up!”

“Best prices in the area, pumps all work. Only bad thing, credit card wouldn't work at air pump. If it was an emergency and someone needed air, that would be a problem.”

“This is my favorite store to come and get drinks from. Me and my boyfriend came 10 minutes before opening by accident and the lady was kind enough to open the door early for him. Thank you! I come here often. All the workers are nice, and they are pretty well stocked”

“The best kept secret, on the breakfast taco hunt, is the Ranch Express in Friendswood. They offer bacon, sausage, ham, potato, veggies, and my personal favorite chorizo. If you like spice, try the red sauce (different from the red salsa) on your taco.”

“This place is okay, a bit on the smaller side for a gas station/convenience store. Their gas prices isn't cheap, and the weird thing is the store doesn't have pricing on the items inside. You have to take it up to the counter to scan before knowing the prices, which I find very off-putting because everyone knows gas station pricing are higher, but the question is always: am I willing to pay at that price point? It'll be nice if I can make that decision before getting to the counter. Not a huge selection of snacks either. You have the standard chips and candy, but not much else. Their food shop inside seems to be dead and not offering fresh food much.”

“I absolutely love this place, and the main worker, I wish I knew his name. He is ALWAYS FRIENDLY, Always professional and busy. He is a hard worker that I would be proud to employ!! This store is NOT the closest to me, but I go there anyway. I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a corner store. But this store definitely deserves the 5 star review!! Way to go, ice cold beer, fresh bread and milk and eggs!! An easy place to run to when you need something that you don’t want to go to the grocery store for!! Good job!!”
1806 West Bay Area Boulevard, Friendswood TX 77546
“I like the guy who runs it, and all the young Indian ladies that work there. Generally, there in a good mood, will chat, or just finish the transaction smoothly with no drama. Just a pleasant experience compared to most gas stations in the area. There is sometimes a guy out front, but he never approaches anyone or says anything and seems like a nice man. The store is clean and orderly, has an ATM, wine, cigars, etc. I don't know, I like everything about it.”
2255 West Parkwood Avenue, Friendswood TX 77546
“Good customer service- great staff, clean store, fair prices for a gas station for sure. Location is easy to get in and out of & its always stocked with tons of stuff, stuff you almost only see at the grocery store drink wise.. The selection is super good to me. They definitely know their regulars like me & are super like neighborly to everyone!”

“As a night owl who gets off work pretty late, I really appreciate having a spot like this. It’s well lit, feels safe, and the staff are always friendly. Plus they recognize the regulars! I don’t know what I’d do without this place.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postTexas-born Buc-ee's is changing the way people think about gas stations and convenience stores. This chain is known for its huge stores along highways, some with over 100 fuel pumps. With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
