“3/1/26 So today me and my husband had the pleasure of sitting down with Mack Chambers and what I can say about him is that he was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable he’s been at this location for several years and knows his stuff every last associate greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm hello and they would be right with us. We are coming over to T mobile from ATT after 13 years of and we couldn’t be happier to make the switch. 3/3/26 Okay so tonight around 6:30 me and my husband had the pleasure of getting checked in by Mia and we worked with Jay, after our first visit with Mack Chambers he instructed us that once our phones were unlocked by ATT booo?(if you only knew what we have been through you would agree with the thumbs down) anyway we were told to return to get the account and numbers transferred, that’s where Jay came in with extreme professionalism and a warm welcoming attitude. Everyone of them yet again made us feel seen. So I just want to give more flowers to this location Thank you so much Jay, Mia and Chris you all are amazing. “Visited the Frisco Stonebrook branch of T-Mobile when we switched from AT&T and had challenges in activating our phones. It was a tricky situation (the AT&T account number needed to make the switch was different from the one shown in the bill and the app) that took calls to multiple parties - Joziah was very patient and helped us even when the time ran beyond the store hours.
In general, I have been pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service T-Mobile has provided both on the phone and in store. I find the people I interacted with knowledgeable, competent, genuinely caring and overall very professional. AT&T's customer service is similar to what you find in most other places - impersonal, agents who don't seem to care and much less knowledgeable. I am glad I made the switch to T-Mobile.”
“There are a handful of times that I can say I've received attention to detail from end to end with a focus on a result and not the sale attempt. This is one of those times.David and his team were always responsive at all times and their goal was to make sure you had something that you were happy with and ultimately made sense and was thought out. I wish all companies were this way.There are competitors in the area (that I paid good money to before working with TA) that just slam something in, dont give any damn, and walk away. “Great food options although somewhat limited and great prices. Fairly quick service too. The only thing is sometimes finding a seat at busy times and it's loud. Might have to dodge a shopping cart or two. Remember ask for onions!”

“I would like to give this Verizon store a round of applause.
I walked in nine minutes before closing, which I honestly felt bad about, but I had just come from a very frustrating experience at another location. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted and my concerns were addressed right away. I was quickly paired with someone who was fully able — and willing — to help me.
There was plenty of staff available, which made a huge difference. No one seemed frustrated or annoyed that I came in so close to closing time. Instead, the associate took his time and made sure everything I asked for was handled properly.
He honored my request to pay for the phone upfront, honored my promotion, had the phone shipped directly to me, and gave me a very clear and detailed breakdown of the pricing differences between the storage options. He even helped me decide which option was best based on how I personally use my phone.
Although he ended up staying about 20 minutes past closing, he never once showed irritation or rushed me — even while I was trying to hurry out so he could get home to his family or wherever he needed to be. His professionalism and attitude truly stood out.
I am very disappointed that I do not recall his name, and I do not see his name listed on my receipt, because he absolutely deserves recognition. I would give him a 10 out of 10 without hesitation. After being a Verizon customer for 22 years, I am extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service I received at this location.”

“My first interaction with the staff was unsatisfactory, and as I was leaving I felt discouraged and disappointed. However, Brooke reassured me and assisted me with my concerns. She was patient and very resourceful. She asked what I needed and immediately used her handheld device to locate the products.
We were fortunate to find two of the items in the store, and the remaining items will be shipped at no additional charge. Brooke’s customer service was exceptional and very welcoming. She turned my experience around and made me feel valued as a customer.”

“I went in to compare features and size for a Samsung watch. The rep who helped me, Nila, was very knowledgeable and friendly and made selecting the right model of watch and buds a breeze. She even found me a discount I may have otherwise missed. Any other Samsung devices or services I need, I'll be certain to come here. Kudos to Samsung for setting up a clean, friendly retail space for products that can frankly be a little confusing to compare online.”

“to be clear this is not a review on the employee or this store but on the customers that come in and shop. earlier this evening i came in and witnessed a lady being extremely rude to the employee behind the counter who if i might add is very visibly pregnant and works hard enough without someone’s snarky attitude. (she is here all the time and never really seems to get a day off) ? the women walked up to the counter and without a hi or hello how are you basically demanded some tobacco product. the employee did seem to have some annoyance with the disrespect as anyone should. and the women proceeded to ask if “she was inconveniencing the employee from doing her job” and stated she should be fired. the employee laughed it off as she should. if you can not handle being treated the way you treat someone else then you should maybe be NICER.”
“On July 1st 2022 I was at this 7-eleven buying my gas on my lunch break when I locked my keys, phone and everything else i own in my car. Peter, one of the managers was so helpful with loaning me his phone and offering to buy me something cold to drink. He continued to check on me and help me find a locksmith. He continued to check on me until I got my car unlocked and got my keys. I waited inside the store as it was over 100 degrees out that day. I witnessed his kindness to all his customers, some were regulars he knew by name. Peter is an exemplary employee that deserves positive recognition from the company he represents.Thanks Peter so much. I will always remember your kindness.”

Cricket is on AT&Ts network which works extremely well even the hotspot works really well so well I can watch movies and live video chats with no issues. And you get 150 Gigs of cloud storage with the $60 plan. It’s sad that I’m this excited about it but it’s really that good”

“Whoever is running this location should be running the whole region. The stark difference in quality between this one and the Custer one or this one and the hedgecoxe one is jarring. Other locations nearby I’ve gone to don’t have things I want stocked. This one always has everything well stocked, hot, and ready. It might be because of how many construction workers go here but they are definitely way better here at managing all that 7-11 has to offer than other locations I’ve visited. Spent a lot of money with 7-11 so hope this insight helps.”
