One of the employees noticed me comparing boxes like I was reading a foreign language and came over with the biggest smile. He explained everything in simple terms, helped me find the exact right ones, and even carried an extra item to the register for me. “Everyone involved with my placement of my order communication when it was ready and pick up as smooth as can be. They all did a great job. Except the app the Home Depot app sucks it's too slow it doesn't help you do a damn thing it takes forever. They need to fix it.
This morning's trip to Home Depot involved the paint department. How did a great job!”

“I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Ace Hardware. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I recently moved to the area, and it’s great knowing I have such a fantastic neighborhood hardware store nearby.
Mike went above and beyond helping me with my new grill purchase. He patiently answered all of my questions, provided helpful maintenance tips, and gave great advice on accessories. When I came back later looking for the right fitting for my natural gas hookup, the team once again took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed.
Mitchell built and delivered the grill, and it arrived in pristine condition. The attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Kudos to the entire crew for creating such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back and plan to get all of my hardware, grilling accessories, and future project supplies from this location.
