“Cardiff Postal truly saved the day for me. After missing the post office by 10 minutes, I remembered I had visited this place one other time. When I googled and saw how late they were open, I headed straight there.
Not only did someone see me struggling to carry in the box I had to mail, plus my infant in her car seat and help me get everything in, but the two gentleman working were so kind and informative with helping me make sure my package was getting delivered on time.
It was just an easy process with very kind people. I will definitely use them first with any kind of mailing needs I have in the future.”

“The staff is very pleasant and eager to help. Best of all, the wait time is minimal, even when it’s busy. The store offers lots of stationery and packaging items and cool gift ideas, including Lego! That was fun to see. The place is super clean and there are no chemically infused room sprays which makes the shopping experience even better. The store is well organized and user-friendly. You’d be happy to drop off your packages here. They also speak Spanish and that’s a big plus.”

“Amazing customer service! Pavan went above and beyond for me today. Although I’ve historically only used them for a virtual office address in the past, today I decided to kill two birds with one stone and ship two UPS packages I had instead of going to UPS separately. It’s hard to describe the unique needs I had today but suffice it to say Pavan was extremely patient and eager to help me find the best possible shipping container and method that saved the most money as well as help me answer questions I had about shipping in general.
