“Hi my name is Nicole McShan. I had to ship some empty insulated boxes to a friend in Oregon for her to ship some medications. Ibro went above and beyond to help me. The original box to ship them in would have cost me $85 but he searched the store thoroughly and found another box for $60.36. I really appreciate the extra effort he went to in order to bring the cost down. He provided excellent customer service. He was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this business for your shipping needs.”
