“The staff is very pleasant and eager to help. Best of all, the wait time is minimal, even when it’s busy. The store offers lots of stationery and packaging items and cool gift ideas, including Lego! That was fun to see. The place is super clean and there are no chemically infused room sprays which makes the shopping experience even better. The store is well organized and user-friendly. You’d be happy to drop off your packages here. They also speak Spanish and that’s a big plus.”
“Amazing customer service! Pavan went above and beyond for me today. Although I’ve historically only used them for a virtual office address in the past, today I decided to kill two birds with one stone and ship two UPS packages I had instead of going to UPS separately. It’s hard to describe the unique needs I had today but suffice it to say Pavan was extremely patient and eager to help me find the best possible shipping container and method that saved the most money as well as help me answer questions I had about shipping in general. Not only do they use FedEx, usps,ups, and Amazon but you get so much better deal than if you would have gone to usps, ups, or FedEx. More people should know about this and try this place.
