“The Katy Cinco Ranch UPS Store in the Katy area is the Best ever. They always provide Above and Beyond Superb Great customer service. Every time I need assistance, Alex and all of the team go the extra mile to make sure that my mail and packages are handled efficiently. Recently, I had been waiting for my truck papers to arrive and I had reached out but the papers had not arrived yet. Suddenly, i get an email from the UPS store that the truck papers had been received and ready for me to pick up at my convenience...the email was sent after the store had closed. Oh my I was not only delightfully surprised but very grateful that Alex would go above and beyond what is expected from a UPS store. Now this is the reason why I switched from the UPS Westheimer location to this UPS store in Katy Cinco Ranch. Thank you so much Alex and the team!! Grateful for your helpful and much appreciated service. You simply rock!!”
