“Cross Creek Veterinary Hospital is a lifesaver for our furry family member, Logan. When he was referred for a bowel obstruction surgery in July, they didn't hesitate and got him in immediately. The entire team was incredibly kind and attentive. Logan showed improvement overnight after the surgery. A few days later, when we faced some post-surgery issues, they once again acted promptly, adjusting his medication and reassuring us. The dedication of the doctor and staff is truly remarkable. At the 10-day checkup, Logan had already bounced back, gaining weight and looking like his healthy self. “Once again, a great experience at Cinco Ranch Vet Hospital. Dr. Longshore was great with my 16 year old Cat who is not easy to deal with. Catherine, the vet tech is one of only 2 i will trust with her as they know how to deal with her. The other techs get a bit too rough IMO and it causes her to get more frustrated.Overall great care. Thanks for taking care of my "kids!"”

“A few weeks ago I had to bring my doggie here because she was not feeling well. Unfortunately she had a tumor and was in a lot of pain and needed to pass. The vet and vet assistants were extremely compassionate and helpful. Today, Michelle helped me schedule an appointment for my kitty and she was great. Overall awesome staff. ?”

“Kaitlyn & Alyson are the sweetest & take care of our fur babies so well! Kaitlyn took time to create a grooming plan with me to keep up with our labradoodle’s higher maintenance hair type! She clearly truly cares about what’s best for the dogs & strives to create a safe/low stress environment! So excited she’s joined the staff & will keep seeing her regularly for both of our dogs!”

“Friendly and knowledgeable. I wish that the services offered were more complete. For example, if you want to have your pet’s teeth cleaned, a third party provides that service on a periodic basis. I understand that there are probably good reasons to have this arrangement, but it just means you need to be proactive and schedule in advance. Other than this minor nit-pick, we’ve had great service from Grand Westheimer.”
“We've been taking our dogs to Pet Medical Center of Katy since we moved here over 4 years ago. Although we don't always see the same Veterinarian, our dogs have always received excellent care, and the assistants and front desk staff are always friendly. The vets and vet techs are aways willing to listen to and investigate any particular concerns you may have. In the last couple of years they have been recommending / adding "wellness exams" and mid year exams. The staff will be happy to discuss those with you and remove them if you feel they are not necessary.”

“My dog is adopted and has always had difficulty with allergies. Recently, she had an ear infection, allergies and her claws got a little long. They were able to take care of everything at an affordable price while being as equally friendly and professional.”
“I have taken two of my three dogs here so far and I'm really impressed. The one dog has a wound that will not heal. Dr Williams took her time with me and came up with a plan that made sense. Our previous vet would rush to get to the next client and didn't answer questions. Prices are on par with other clinics. Loved the customer service and knowledge.”
“This vetco location was amazing. David was our vet tech and he was absolutely wonderful!! He answered all of our questions and made sure my furbaby received the best care. I have been to other vetco locations and this one is by far the best! The whole staff is truly amazing. This will be the only location we go to from now on.”

“Our dog Sugar was cared for by Dr. Klotz for multiple mass removals (including one on her left lower eye lid) with a teeth cleaning while she was sedated.Dr. Klotz called us with updates, explained all of her findings thoroughly and followed up when the results of the biopsies returned several weeks later.Sugar had several shaved spots but has healed beautifully and recovered completely.Our follow up with was Dr. Morgan who was equally great and thorough.We love All Pets ??”

“???? I’m a new resident to Richmond, Texas a friend of mine referred this animal clinic to me. They treated me like family as if I was a customer for 20 years. From the moment that I walked in the door, they were extremely sweet to Chance & I. I’ve passed this place 20 times I didn’t know they were there because the location is a little tucked away. It’s extremely clean they’re super efficient & you’ll never feel lonely with Rocky greeting you ?. Chance was taken care of so quickly ? I can officially say I have a veterinarian now ??? “After taking our dog to 3 other vets this one was the one who was able to diagnose and treat our dog for Demodex mites. The Vet was thorough and made sure our pup was comfortable throughout the treatment and ensured us that it is a process which may get worse before it got better. After a month of treatment she is feeling so much better and is back to her old playful self ! We will continue to come here for our dogs wellness visits and all other needs, Thank you So much to the Veterinarian and the Vet Techs who took care of our Tofu ?”

“I love this vet clinic. Her staff has always been nothing but helpful and quick when it comes to getting you scheduled, checked-in, checked-out or making sure you speak with a vet tech or Dr. Baird when needed. Dr. Baird's love for animals is on point. She's a very direct person, but when you have an urgent situation, she provides so much compassion and care to whatever the situation may be. She helped us through a scare when we got our puppy and recently helped us send our dog, Freyja, over the rainbow bridge. Her staff was so sweet and respectful with my husband and 10 year old daughter when they had to bring our dog in. She even took the time to put my daughter at ease over the process and explain how our dog's passing might affect our other dog.If you want a knowledgeable vet with a clear passion for animals, this is where you should go.”
