“Attendant very very rude did not want to assist me. I asked how much something was his response was oh I don't know and that was it I asked him to see he grabbed item from me. I'm a rewards member and I asked a question his response oh yeah the rewards program not happy about helping me at all. I really wanted to know about the coupon, then I was looking at something his response was what very rudely as if I was bothering him. I will not be returning to your store ever again the rudeness was not called for”
“Been going to Jay's food Mart on Gibbs sprawl road and every time I go there I always have a good time the people that are very nice and also they have a coin pushing machine and a couple of video slot machines in there I like to play every once in awhile just to relax and talk to the people in there and they have great customer service”

“As far as gas stations go this one is tops. It has super cute decor with bright colors and shiny displays. It’s also ways well lit and clean. And this makes my approved bathroom list. Don’t knock the pizzas and tacos till you’ve tried them. Always a great selection of fresh and packaged food and drinks. The pumps are well lit and easy to pull into and out of. Overall a nice neighborhood gas station.”
“My favorite go to for fill ups on gas or Polar Pops. The crew are always friendly and fast. I really enjoy $5 pizza Friday. I pick up my pizza uncooked and take it home to add lots of toppings and cheese, then 15 minutes at 400 degrees for an extra crispy crust. Feeds the four of us with a green salad. Give it a try.”

“I started to give this store 3 stars because when I went there and bought tickets I lost miserably :)) but that wouldn't be fair. The place does have more tickets than most stores and a big, shiny display, which is nice, especially since it doesn't look like much on the outside. I'd go back and I'd recommend it! Just bring your own luck.”

“I don't drink any alcohol but have stopped in here a few times while running around and learning SATX. And the customer service is phenomenal. I will stop by frequently because it's nice to go places where the staff recognize you and make you feel super welcome. Since I'm nonverbal that matters so much. Crazy how the guy that also works at another gas station down the street seems to understand me, even though I don't talk. He pays attention and he has helped me so much. So appreciated✨️???”
“Relatively cheap gas usually. It's right off the Bitters exit so it's easy to get on and off the highway. Can't complain, it's a typical convenience store.”

“The morning staff, Jody and JoeJoe, are both passive aggressive beast mode control freaks who act like 8th grade mean girls on steroids and try, emphasis on TRY, to tag team bully their customers. They are both ridiculously abusive Narcissists. Always trying to pull off the power play of the day and kick off some drama du jour. Strongly urge anyone looking for a consistently pleasant shopping experience to try ANY shift after 4pm, as Jody and JoeJoe+ will both be cleared out of there by that time. All the other employees, Eli, Robert, John and Brady are really good people and treat EVERYONE like a human being and always deliver a consistently pleasant shopping experience. Isn't that what we are all looking for whether we are shopping at Valero, Walmart or HEB?”

“Don't know her name, but the assistant manager is so friendly and needs to be acknowledged for her customer service it is spot on. I work all the time, so I'm in and out of that store at least once a day, sometimes two, and she is always smiling and cheerful and a very pleasant to interact with. I'm a smoker, and she explains all the prices and deals they are running and the gas isn't too bad..”
“The employees, God help them, always seem to be cheerful and diligent. Too bad the turn-over rate seems so high. Can't blame the company though. I talk to cashiers. One dude came for like one or shifts and they caught him stealing already! At least wait a few months before you start pilfering!!! Kids today...”

“I have lived in the area now 3 or 4 years to date. I have seen the same employees apart from 2 new faces. I wouldn't shop any other convenience stores in My vicinity as long as I can help it. The tall lady is the best employee through out the multiverse. She's kind, her service is admirable. Amazing, The store manager is equally amazing. He always keeps his cool and he only wants the best for his store and his Work family, it's evident in the people he hires. When there is a new face the service is top notch . Imo this store is amazing because of its employees. Each and every one of them. They deserve the best benefits. The selection of products is not vast, it's a small store, but their inventory seems to carry what they need and what thier customers ask of them. I can say that, she made sure that they had what we were asking for. The workplace the store manager has cultivated 5 out 5. God bless ?”
“Very large selection of wine, beer, hard seltzer etc, a couple of mini-kegs, local craft beer, some ciders even, and liquor. They also have a pizza stand, hot dogs and sausages on rollers, coffee dispenser, cold brew dispenser, other drinks like tea and fountain drinks. A cigar humidor, paper products, snacks, some sundry type stuff, and some frozen food. Pretty good selection of stuff and well organized, clean, and well-marked.”

“So I went to the shell down the street and they said it would’ve $8.00 for 2 Big Reds & just abt popped my pants so I went to the QT and like any where else they are 2 for $4.50 that I can do!!!!!! DONT GO YO THE SHELL THOSE PRICES IN THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! I get prices went up, but that is just crazy.!!!! and I own a small business so I get having to raise prices but again absolutely crazy eight dollars for two sodas no thank you!!!!”

“The Garden Ridge EZ Mart has always been one of my favorite spots to stop in at ever since it was Lone Star Ice House in the 1970s as have always lived in the Garden Ridge area. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of your tall, sandy haired employee named Edwin. The other employees are a pleasure to work with including the manager. I've literally watched Edwin verbally argue with many customers as well as refuse use of the restroom to customers (myself included). He may not be a bad person, but you are losing customers which in turn, is lost sales. This solely rests on Edwin's interactions with your customers.”
