βAttendant very very rude did not want to assist me. I asked how much something was his response was oh I don't know and that was it I asked him to see he grabbed item from me. I'm a rewards member and I asked a question his response oh yeah the rewards program not happy about helping me at all. I really wanted to know about the coupon, then I was looking at something his response was what very rudely as if I was bothering him. I will not be returning to your store ever again the rudeness was not called forβ
βBenjamin, Jaden, and the rest of the staff that works here, took great care of my car and provided me with complimentary waters. The service was top tier and I recommend everyone that is looking for great prices, and phenomenal service to come here. Thank you so much for helping a teacher who doesn't make much. βWhen you step into This convenience store, you're greeted with the wonderful aroma of fresh Pizza and delicious snacks. It's a sensory delight, I always get my feel free here!β
βGasoline at a very good price. You just have to wait longer than usual with other pumps. What does seem slow to me is the pump system, it takes a long time to process the operations and deliver the ticketβ
βLeft my credit card in the gas pump, didn't realize until I needed it to get in the front door of Costco. Went straight to customer service. They called the gas station and someone had already turned it in. Customer service sent a girl to run out to the gas station and pick it up for me. I love this store and all the employees. When I travel, I plan my trips to stop at Costco. I get gas, have lunch, pick up snacks and stretch my legs.β
βReally nice grocery store. Found everything I was looking for and a very good location. Workers are very knowledgeable as far as where I can find things, and if they didn't know they got somebody to walk with me through the isles to show me.β
βI usually am not to satisfied with the workers as they do not help as much but a gentleman named Paul was helping me with a cart today. He even offered to help put my groceries away. He definitely needs a raise, his attitude is very positive. Thank you HEB for this young hire.β

βJoseph, works as one of the in-store cooks who offers advice and makes those delicious ? samples that we all love, recommended a particular sauce to me, I wanted to try it but was afraid my wife would be upset as I often deviate (add) from the shopping list. He was able to give me a coupon for the sauce! This is why I love my neighborhood HEB. If I like it, I'll buy 3 bottles! Thanks again for taking care of Our community!β
βAs far as gas stations go this one is tops. It has super cute decor with bright colors and shiny displays. Itβs also ways well lit and clean. And this makes my approved bathroom list. Donβt knock the pizzas and tacos till youβve tried them. Always a great selection of fresh and packaged food and drinks. The pumps are well lit and easy to pull into and out of. Overall a nice neighborhood gas station.β

βMy favorite go to for fill ups on gas or Polar Pops. The crew are always friendly and fast. I really enjoy $5 pizza Friday. I pick up my pizza uncooked and take it home to add lots of toppings and cheese, then 15 minutes at 400 degrees for an extra crispy crust. Feeds the four of us with a green salad. Give it a try.β

βRelatively cheap gas usually. It's right off the Bitters exit so it's easy to get on and off the highway. Can't complain, it's a typical convenience store.β
βWorkers are nice, all the snacks and drinks I like, and lottery tickets! Parking lot needs work, rocks screws and who knows what keep me from going there more often.β

βA very nice gas station, in that the pumps were clean, windshield wash stations had soapy water & paper towels. The convenience store also was superb! They had everything you could ever want for food, snacks & drinks!β

βI love the only thing is the bathrooms need to stay more clean where when somebody does use the bathroom we don't have to worry about it being that and that's the women's bathroom but read the rest of the store isβ
βThis HEB is conveniently down the road & although they hold good stock on hand sometimes it can be hard to find what you need or you find less stock and quality. The employees are always really helpful though in trying to assist me or other visitors in the store: stockers, cashiers, managers, even the personal shoppers. HEB has competitive prices and have some great selections when it comes to their Hill Country brand. This store is decently clean and busy regularly, but it would benefit from a few upgrades.β
βGreat people! Frank, his wife and employee are always courteous, greet me warmly, and me ake a point of getting me my favorite goodies (addicted to caravelles and original donut shop iced coffees)..and let me buy out their stock of my favorite incense...lolβ

βI have lived in the area now 3 or 4 years to date. I have seen the same employees apart from 2 new faces. I wouldn't shop any other convenience stores in My vicinity as long as I can help it. The tall lady is the best employee through out the multiverse. She's kind, her service is admirable. Amazing, The store manager is equally amazing. He always keeps his cool and he only wants the best for his store and his Work family, it's evident in the people he hires. When there is a new face the service is top notch . Imo this store is amazing because of its employees. Each and every one of them. They deserve the best benefits. The selection of products is not vast, it's a small store, but their inventory seems to carry what they need and what thier customers ask of them. I can say that, she made sure that they had what we were asking for. The workplace the store manager has cultivated 5 out 5. God bless ?β
βConverse Market Valero is a great stop for convenience. Itβs easy to get in and out, with reasonable fuel prices and a standard assortment of staples youβd expect from a corner store. The employees are friendly and work hard to keep customers moving quickly. Always a smooth, hassle-free experience.β
βThe morning staff, Jody and JoeJoe, are both passive aggressive beast mode control freaks who act like 8th grade mean girls on steroids and try, emphasis on TRY, to tag team bully their customers. They are both ridiculously abusive Narcissists. Always trying to pull off the power play of the day and kick off some drama du jour. Strongly urge anyone looking for a consistently pleasant shopping experience to try ANY shift after 4pm, as Jody and JoeJoe+ will both be cleared out of there by that time. All the other employees, Eli, Robert, John and Brady are really good people and treat EVERYONE like a human being and always deliver a consistently pleasant shopping experience. Isn't that what we are all looking for whether we are shopping at Valero, Walmart or HEB?β

βThe Garden Ridge EZ Mart has always been one of my favorite spots to stop in at ever since it was Lone Star Ice House in the 1970s as have always lived in the Garden Ridge area. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of your tall, sandy haired employee named Edwin. The other employees are a pleasure to work with including the manager. I've literally watched Edwin verbally argue with many customers as well as refuse use of the restroom to customers (myself included). He may not be a bad person, but you are losing customers which in turn, is lost sales. This solely rests on Edwin's interactions with your customers.β
