The sales associate Ashley was super helpful, she assisted with sizes, different style jeans and also placed an online order for us. “As someone who doesn’t shop often, walking into Old Navy at Firewheel Mall brought back fond memories—it reminded me of the stores I visited when I first came to America. The familiar, welcoming atmosphere made the trip even more enjoyable!
The store was clean, well-organized, and brightly lit, making it easy to browse. The staff provided friendly and helpful service, which made my visit smooth and stress-free. While I can’t compare prices to other apparel stores (since I don’t shop much), the overall experience was great.
