She assisted with my daughter trying on her dresses and she did not leave her side not once until she had the dress she wanted..

“As someone who doesn’t shop often, walking into Old Navy at Firewheel Mall brought back fond memories—it reminded me of the stores I visited when I first came to America. The familiar, welcoming atmosphere made the trip even more enjoyable!
The store was clean, well-organized, and brightly lit, making it easy to browse. The staff provided friendly and helpful service, which made my visit smooth and stress-free. While I can’t compare prices to other apparel stores (since I don’t shop much), the overall experience was great.

“I go here often always greeted by the wonderful staff, always a smile on their faces and always asking if we need help. I love when a store can provide great clothing for great prices and also amazing positive helpful staff. It’s always a bummer and disappointment when interacting with bad customer service but not here you’ll always be presented with greeting,sales, great deals, and smiles. “My fiancé found his jacket for our wedding at this store! My fiancé is a tall guy 6’4 with broad shoulders so we hadn’t had luck at any other stores. Thankfully this store carries bigger sizes! I went to several different store to look for my daughter's dress and she made us feel so comfortable and confidence with her vibe. The prices and fast shipping was great. She also customized a beautiful bow for her dress which looks amazing. The owner is so sweet she's been doing this for years and you can tell. “came here twice and both times were AMAZING, i didn't feel rushed to purchase items, the fitting rooms were very spacious & clean, the employees were constantly maintaining the registers and cleaning the store as well! i really appreciated the cashiers who interacted with me and made conversation during my check outs, the security was also very sweet and talkative as well! i highly recommend this location :)”
